An image output system includes a section that stores registration information in which feature information of a registered user and a target file registered by the registered user are associated with each other, a section that acquires feature information of a current user requesting an output of an image of the target file, a section that obtains an authentication result indicating whether or not two pieces of feature information satisfy a predetermined coincidence condition, by comparing the feature information of the current user to the feature information of the registered user, and a section that controls the output of the image of the target file in accordance with the authentication result.

The method may include transmitting the digital rendering and the PIN to a central server. The method may include validating the digital rendering and the PIN at the central server. The method may include retrieving information associated with the traveler at the central server. The information may include look and feel preferences. The method may include transmitting the retrieved information, including the look and feel preferences, to the kiosk. The method may include displaying the look and feel preferences on a display included in the kiosk.

An information processing apparatus includes a processor. The processor is configured to acquire data, an instruction for a process in which the data are used, and biological information on a user who provides the instruction, and execute the process in accordance with a condition under which a time before the process is completed is shorter, when the biological information indicates that the user is in a specific psychological state, than a specific psychological state under a condition determined in advance.

According to one embodiment, an image forming apparatus includes a voice input interface and a processor. The voice input interface is configured to acquire an input voice input through a microphone. The processor is configured to recognize a content of a job instructed by voice from the input voice acquired by the voice input interface and to identify a speaker from the input voice and, if voices output from a plurality of speakers in the same period are acquired, configured to set an execution order of a plurality of jobs that are recognized from the voices output from the speakers and to execute the jobs in the set execution order.
