An information processing apparatus that can be connected to information terminals and a data storage device through a network, and includes: a storage request receiver that receives conference identification information, information terminal identification information for a user participating in the conference, conference material data, and a storage request of the conference material data; an authentication program generator that generates an authentication program for determining whether the conference material data is capable of being transmitted to any of the information terminals when the conference material data is transmitted to the information terminal based on correspondence information in which pieces of the information terminal identification information are at least correlated with respective pieces of conference identification information, in accordance with the storage request; and a storage controller that stores the conference material data contained in the storage request and the authentication program in the data storage device in a correlated manner.

The present invention may include, in response to embedding at least one digital security mark in a visual communication, securing the visual communication. The present invention may also include preventing, based on the embedded at least one digital security mark, an image capture of the secured visual communication.

An image processing system includes a reception unit that receives an image forming instruction from a user, a retaining unit that retains the image forming instruction in association with the user, an acceptance unit that accepts an execution instruction from the user, an authentication unit that performs authentication of the user, and an image forming unit that executes the image forming instruction retained by the retaining unit in association with the authenticated user without accepting the execution instruction by the acceptance unit in a case where the authentication unit completes the authentication.

Systems, methods and apparatuses are described herein that allow an enterprise to analyze and manage work product images that are stored on a mobile device. Employees of an enterprise may use a mobile device to store both work product images (e.g., images of sensitive or proprietary information) and non-work product images (e.g., personal images). An enterprise may desire to enforce security protocols on the work product images, but the employee may not want the security protocols applied to the non-work product images. In some embodiments, by installing and executing an image manager that is able to analyze and manage images, the enterprise can enforce security protocols on only the work product images. Such security protocols may include the prevention of unauthorized viewing of the work product image (e.g., by encrypting the work product image) or deleting any work product image from the mobile device when the employee's employment has ended.

A system includes an image forming apparatus, a first document server apparatus, and a key server apparatus, the image forming apparatus being configured to determine whether document data is private or public, when the document data is determined to be private, then determine a level accessible to the document data, and transmit level information indicating the level and the document data to the first document server apparatus, the first document server apparatus being configured to receive the level information and the document data from the image forming apparatus, generate a document ID for identifying the document data, store the document data in association with the document ID, transmit the document ID to the image forming apparatus, determine an accessible user ID that identifies a user accessible to the document data based on the level information, generate a public key and a private key used to encrypt the document data.

The processor is adapted to redact the mask words in the local lexicon from at least one of: printed items; items displayed on the user interface; and items provided to the computerized network through the input/output device.

The authorization status being at least one of authorized, refused, and pending for authorization. The imaging device comprises a print engine to print a document copy having the scanned image and a remote scan request indicator. The remote scan request indicator is to allow an owner of the document to access the remote access authorization indicator to update the authorization status, to secure authorized access of the scanned image.

An image forming apparatus includes circuitry to scan a first document, dispose an image of the scanned first document at a predetermined location in accordance with a form including an image of a second document and information on the predetermined location at which the image of the first document is to be disposed in the image of the second document, combine the disposed image of the first document and another image different from the image of the second document included in the form to generate an output image, and output the output image.
