COLOR TABLE COMPRESSION
In some examples, a print cartridge includes a memory device comprising quantized coefficients derived from a compression of a difference table including a plurality of difference nodes in which each difference node represents a value that is a difference of a value of a node of a color table and a value of a corresponding node of a reference table, the quantized coefficients useable to produce a reconstructed difference table, and a plurality of residue nodes in which each residue node represents a value that is a difference of a value of a node of the color table and a value of a corresponding node of the reconstructed difference table.
IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE, IMAGE FORMING DEVICE, IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM, AND IMAGE PROCESSING PROGRAM
Provided is an image processing device used for image processing in an image forming device that executes linear image forming in a first direction repeatedly in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction and executes two-dimensional image forming on a recording medium, the image processing device including: a processor configured to: acquire a phase of a member that contributes to image forming by rotating or circulating in the second direction and calculate, for each of different phases, an input/output gradation characteristic indicating a correspondence relationship in density in the same pixels in pre-output image data and post-output image data acquired by scanning of an image formed on the recording medium; calculates correction data to solve a difference between the input/output gradation characteristic in each of the phases and a reference input/output gradation characteristic; and correct the pre-output image data with the correction data of each of the phases.
COLOR CONVERSION APPARATUS, NON-TRANSITORY RECORDING MEDIUM STORING COLOR CONVERSION PROGRAM AND COLOR CONVERSION METHOD
A color conversion apparatus includes a hardware processor that obtains a scanner profile created on the basis of measured RGB values and corresponding measured colorimetric values of patches in a first color chart, and creates a table including correction amounts of RGB values, each according to the level of flare estimated for a patch and each associated with an RGB-value difference and a patch-size difference, on the basis of RGB values of patches in the first color chart and RGB values of patches in a specific chart. The specific chart is created by using a part of the patches in the first color chart with the RGB value or patch size being changed. The hardware processor further corrects measured RGB values of patches in a second color chart with the table, and convers the corrected RGB values into colorimetric values with the scanner profile.
PRINT SYSTEM, PRINT APPARATUS, METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A print system includes an image processing apparatus and a print apparatus that receives a print job processed by the image processing apparatus and prints an image on a sheet. The print apparatus determines whether or not a print job received from the image processing apparatus is a measurement target for measuring an image printed on a sheet, measures the image on the sheet printed by executing a print job that has been determined to be the measurement target, and transmits the result of measurement to the image processing apparatus. The image processing apparatus generates a print job serving as a measurement target, and upon receiving the result of measurement based on the transmitted print job, applies the result of measurement to a print job to be printed by the print apparatus.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR THREE-DIMENSIONAL PRINTING
Methods and systems are disclosed for selecting a print head of a 3D printing machine to apply 3D printing material at one or more positions in a printed 3D object. Embodiments of the present invention may include, in the selection process one or more elements pertaining for example to: geometry of the received 3D model; colorization of the received 3D model; transparency of the received 3D model; properties of the 3D printing material; and constraints of the 3D printing machine.
A METHOD FOR BUILDING A BLOCKCHAIN
Computer implemented method for generating a hash value (110) is disclosed, the method comprises the following steps: i) Providing a first digital RGB image (112) having first RGB colors of a physical object (114); ii) Combining first transaction data (116) and the first digital RGB image (112), thereby generating a second RGB image (118) having second RGB colors; iii) Converting (128) color values of the second RGB image (118) from RGB color space (130) to a secondary color space (132) having at least four primary colors and determining (134) a number of respectively colored pixels for each primary color of the secondary color space (132); iv) Generating (136) the hash value (110) by converting the determined number of respectively colored pixels for each primary color of the secondary color space (132) to hexadecimal numerals.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR IMAGE SIGNAL PROCESSING
Apparatuses, systems, and methods related to an image processor formed in an array of memory cells are described. An image processor as described herein is configured to reduce complexity and power consumption and/or increase data access bandwidth by performing image processing in the array of memory cells relative to image processing by a host processor external to the memory array. For instance, one apparatus described herein includes sensor circuitry configured to provide an input vector, as a plurality of bits that corresponds to a plurality of color components for an image pixel, and an image processor formed in an array of memory cells. The image processor is coupled to the sensor circuitry to receive the plurality of bits of the input vector. The image processor is configured to perform a color correction operation in the array by performing matrix multiplication on the input vector and a parameter matrix to determine an output vector that is color corrected.
