INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
[Overview] [Problem to be Solved] To provide an information processing apparatus, information processing method, and recording medium that each allow a user to recognize a border of a virtual space without breaking the world view of the virtual space. [Solution] An information processing apparatus including a control unit that tracks a motion of a user to present an image of a virtual space to the user, and performs distance control to increase a distance between a viewpoint of the user and a border region in the virtual space while an operation of the user coming closer toward the border region is being inputted. The border region is fixed at a specific position in the virtual space.
Method and device for processing image, and recording medium
Provided is a method, performed by a device, of processing an image, the method including tracking a movement of a user wearing the device and generating movement information of the user, the movement information being about a movement occurring between a previous time when a first image was rendered and a current time when a second image is rendered; selecting at least one pixel from among a plurality of pixels comprised in the first image, based on the generated movement information and a location of a target pixel comprised in the second image; and changing a value of the target pixel by blending a value of the selected at least one pixel with the value of the target pixel according to a preset weight.

Auto-stereoscopic display device
A display device includes a display, an optical modulator, an eye tracking module, and a controller. The display module includes a plurality of pixels. The optical modulator is disposed on the display module and modulates the light emitted from the display module to corresponding directions. The eye tracking module tracks the positions of a viewer's eyes. The controller defines an eye-to-eye line passing through the positions of the viewer's eyes, and generates image data of the plurality of pixels according to a plurality of viewing positions on the eye-to-eye line.
Apparatus and method for gaze tracking
A method for gaze tracking is provided. One embodiment of the method for gaze tracking, comprising: presenting a content to a viewer via a playback device, tracking a gaze path of the viewer with a gaze tracker coupled to the playback device, selecting a viewer profile from a plurality of viewer profiles stored in a viewer profile database based on the gaze path of the viewer, and predicting a future gaze location of the viewer based on the viewer profile. Systems perform similar steps and non-transitory computer readable storage mediums each store one or more computer programs are also provided.

Hand-Held Turbine Cleaner
A hand-held turbine cleaning tool includes front and rear housings coupled to each other, an outlet at one end of the tool, and a top of the tool at an opposed end. The outlet is directed in a first direction away from the top. An inlet is disposed between the outlet and the top and is also directed in the first direction. A diverter valve at the inlet is moveable between on and off positions. The on position directs water flowing into the inlet from the inlet, up to the top in a second direction opposite the first direction, and then down to the outlet in the first direction. A turbine at the top has a turbine shaft that extends outside the tool. An abrasive member is connected to the turbine shaft and is configured to rotate when water flows from the inlet to the outlet.
Method and apparatus for controlling stereoscopic 3D image in vehicle
A method of controlling a vehicle display apparatus may include generating a user image as information on a user sitting on a seat corresponding to the display apparatus, extracting a midpoint between two eyes of the user from the user image and monitoring a position of the midpoint, and changing an output mode or an output area of the display apparatus in correspondence with the monitored position of the midpoint.

QUAD VIEW DISPLAY SYSTEM
Embodiments allow one or more viewers of a display to see images. The images viewed by the glasses may be based on the orientation of the glasses, so that the images correspond to the user's viewpoint. Different images may be presented to left and right eyes for 3D stereoscopic viewing. The position and orientation of the glasses may be tracked by analyzing images from one or more cameras observing the glasses. Glasses may have distinct geometric shapes or features, such as circular lenses, rims, regions around the lenses, patterns, or patterns of recognizable blobs, to facilitate tracking. One or more regions of the glasses may be illuminated by self-contained or reflected light, to facilitate tracking under various ambient lighting conditions. The lenses of the glasses may have selective barriers such as anaglyph filters, polarizing filters, and shutters, to select images from the display. Glasses may also be used as pointing devices to select and manipulate 3D objects.
