CONTROL AND SYNCHRONIZATION IN VIDEO PRODUCTION
Index values are periodically incremented at a central or primary video production control system and a video production control system node. Messages that include or otherwise indicate current index values generated by the primary video production control system are transmitted to the video production control system node, and the node reflects the messages back to the primary video production control system. The primary video production control system determines a round-trip message time, associated with the video production control system node, based on the transmitted messages and reflections of the messages received from the node. A further message that includes or otherwise indicates an instruction for execution of a task at a target execution time, is transmitted by the primary video production control system to the node at a time, in advance of the target execution time, that is based on the round-trip message time.
MEDIA CONTENT DISPLAY SYNCHRONIZATION ON MULTIPLE DEVICES
A method for displaying media content on devices respectively linked to media players from a group of media players. The method includes the acts of: transmitting to the media players configuration data including data; transmitting data corresponding to the media content to at least one of the media players; transmitting to the media players data corresponding to a multicast address and to an entry port; selecting by the server a master media player among the at least one media player which received the data corresponding to the media content; sending by the master media player a multicast media stream using the multicast address and the entry port, the multicast media stream being obtained by the master media player from the data corresponding to the media content.

Method and mission critical server for handling reception of media streams in mission critical system
The present disclosure relates to a pre-5.sup.th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4.sup.th-Generation (4G) communication system such as long term evolution (LTE). A method for handling reception of a plurality of media streams in a mission critical (MC) system is provided. The method includes transmitting, by an MC server, a request to each of one or more receiving devices for receiving a plurality of media streams from a plurality of transmitting devices; receiving, by the MC server, a response from each one of the one or more receiving devices for receiving a number of media streams among the plurality of media streams transmitted by the one or more of the plurality of transmitting devices and updating the number of media streams to be received by each one of the one or more receiving devices as a counter value; identifying, by the MC server, the one or more receiving devices intended to receive the media streams from the one or more of the plurality of transmitting devices based on a synchronization source (SSRC) identifier associated with media streams of each of the one or more of the plurality of transmitting devices and the counter value; and transmitting, based on the SSRC identifier and the counter value, by the MC server, media streams from the one or more of the plurality of transmitting devices to the identified one or more receiving devices.

MULTIMEDIA DATA PUBLISHING METHOD AND APPARATUS, AND DEVICE AND MEDIUM
A method and apparatus for publishing multimedia data, and a device and a medium are provided. The method includes: acquiring multimedia data to be published; in response to acquiring a multimedia synchronous publishing request, sending the multimedia synchronous publishing request to a second multimedia platform indicated by the multimedia synchronous publishing request, such that the second multimedia platform publishes synchronous multimedia data that is generated on the basis of the multimedia data to be published, wherein the synchronous multimedia data includes identification information of a first multimedia platform. Thus, a user can synchronously publish multimedia data at another multimedia platform by means of an original multimedia platform, and add an identifier of the original multimedia platform to the multimedia data that is published at the other multimedia platform, so as to enable a user at the other multimedia platform to be aware of the original multimedia platform.
