A working machine according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a main body portion, a driving device, a working tool, a grip portion and a determiner. The grip portion is attached to the main body portion and configured to be held by a user of the working machine. The determiner is configured to determine an abnormal state of the working machine when a couple moment received by the user through the grip portion exceeds a couple threshold. The couple threshold is 200 N.Math.m per 50 ms.

The invention is directed to a transparent shield for use with a line fed weed trimmer wherein the trimmer includes a rotating head mounted on a shaft that feeds cutting line around a central axis in a plane of rotation. The transparent shield is mounted directly above the rotating head and extends partway around the axis to partially cover the path of the cutting line within the plane. The transparent shield further includes a non-stick coating, such as Teflon. The transparent shield mounted directly above the rotating head and the non-stick coating provide an operator of the weed trimmer with a clear view of the trimmer's cutting path. In addition, the transparent shield may be equipped with a cutting instrument along the periphery of the shield so as to better manage flailing line fed from the rotating head.

A trimmer head for a string trimmer mower, including a trimmer head housing having a string retention portion and a coupler portion rotatably attached to the string retention portion, the string retention portion having a first string retainer for releasably retaining a first cutting string. In addition, the string retention portion has a second string retainer for releasably retaining a second cutting string. The second string retainer is preferably circumferentially displaced on the string retention portion from the first string retainer. In a preferred embodiment, the first string retainer has a slidable clamp disposed in the interior and accessible from the exterior. The clamp is constructed and arranged for sliding relative to the base between a clamping position for selectively retaining the string in place through centrifugal force in the string retention portion, and a release position for user replacement of the first cutting string without tools.

An anti-winding assembly reduces or prevents debris from winding on a trimmer and/or makes them easier to remove. The trimmer includes a trimmer head mounted to a rotatable arbor and supporting one or more cutting lines. The anti-winding assembly includes a collar positionable between the trimmer head and an adjacent trimmer component, and a shield positioned radially outward of the collar. The shield covers gaps between the collar and the trimmer head and between the collar and the adjacent trimmer component. The assembly reduces exposure to pinching gaps and to powered rotating parts that enable tight windings that can accumulate to lock trimmer rotation.

A miniature weed trimming assembly for trimming weeds around ornamental plants includes a handle that may be manipulated. The handle has a length ranging between forty cm and sixty cm. A cutting unit is coupled to the handle and the cutting unit may cut plants when the handle is manipulated. A control is coupled to the handle and the control may be manipulated. The control is electrically coupled to the cutting unit and the control controls operational parameters of the cutting unit.

The present disclosure provides a weed trimmer apparatus including: a belt having: a power clip first portion, a belt power source, a plurality of second power transmission wires extending through the belt and electrically connecting the belt power source to the power clip first portion, a belt clip; a trimmer including: a trimmer base having: a motor, a trimmer power source receiver, a shaft, a debris shield, a trimmer head secured below the debris shield, a plurality of cutting swaths, a first handle portion extending orthogonally from the shaft, a second handle extending from the first handle and configured to axially rotate around the first handle; and a power source configured to secure to either the first power source receiver or the trimmer, wherein the power source, when secured to the trimmer power source receiver, is configured to provide electrical output to the motor of the trimmer.

An apparatus for an adjustable grass trimmer, is disclosed. The apparatus includes an elongated shaft comprising a first end and a second end. The apparatus includes a supporting device configured to support a trimmer, wherein the supporting device comprises of a set of three support members. The apparatus includes a plurality of wheels configured to be mounted on the supporting. The apparatus includes a one or more guard wheel stops affixed to each of the plurality of wheels.

The adjustable guard assembly is connected to a head assembly of a string trimmer. The adjustable guard assembly includes a housing. The housing includes a mounting portion, which connects to a motor case. The housing further includes a deck portion, which extends from the mounting portion. The deck portion has a proximal end and a distal end. A first skirt member extends along and downward from the distal end of the deck portion in a generally radially outward direction. A first blade assembly includes a first blade member, provided in the interior of the first skirt member, to engage a rotating string member.

Provided is a battery-powered working machine including a protective bracket which is able to be secured to a casing while being in engagement with a battery pack, which is capable of preventing theft of the battery pack, and which separates a casing-side connection terminal from a battery-side connection terminal at a distance to keep the casing-side and battery-side connection terminals and out of contact with each other.

A filament cutterhead for a brushcutter is able to be driven in a rotatable manner during operation in a rotational direction about a rotational axis. The filament cutterhead has a base body on which at least one cutting filament is retained and which has a lower face facing the ground during operation. The cutting filament extends from an outer face of the base body through an opening as far as an inner region of the base body which is open toward the lower face of the base body. In order to achieve a low degree of soiling of the filament cutterhead during operation, a shield element is provided in the inner region and the leading portion of the cutting filament in the inner region is arranged in the slipstream of the shield element relative to the rotational direction.
