Service flow processing method, communication method, and apparatus
A service flow processing method includes obtaining, by a terminal, policy information of a service flow, where the policy information includes at least one of a flow steering policy, a flow steering mode, and link condition information for transmitting the service flow, and a packet data unit (PDU) session to which the service flow belongs supports a plurality of access technologies, and processing, by the terminal, the service flow based on the policy information.
Load-balancer for saturated wireless
Load balancing for saturated wireless may be provided. A computing device may determine that an Access Point (AP) has reached a saturation point. A first Service Device (SD) having a first SD coverage area that overlaps an AP coverage area associated with the AP may be identified. Then a license to operate within a frequency spectrum segment for the first SD coverage area may be obtained. A plurality of user devices may be moved from the AP to the first SD. The first SD may then service the plurality of user devices using at least a portion of the frequency spectrum segment.
LOAD RELOCATION METHOD, APPARATUS, AND SYSTEM
This application discloses a load relocation method, apparatus, and a system. The method includes determining, by a communications network entity, a target access management entity for load relocation; and sending, to an access network entity, an identifier of an original access management entity and an identifier of the target access management entity or an address of the target access management entity with respect to the access network entity. The access network entity sends a message from a user equipment (UE) to the target access management entity based on the identifier of the original access management entity carried in the message from the UE. In the foregoing solution, signaling overheads in a load relocation process are reduced and load relocation efficiency is improved.

System and method for detecting and acting upon a violation of terms of service
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, determining whether a past throughput of past traffic communicated between a communication device and a communication network meets a first threshold value, resulting in a first determination; responsive to the first determination being that the past throughput meets the first threshold, transmitting an instruction to the communication device to restrict a first subsequent throughput of first subsequent traffic to no greater than a second threshold value; determining whether the first subsequent throughput has been restricted, resulting in a second determination; and responsive to the second determination being that the first subsequent throughput has not been restricted, taking one or more actions to enforce a second subsequent throughput of second subsequent traffic to no greater than a third threshold value, wherein the third threshold value is lower than the second threshold value. Other embodiments are disclosed.
DEVICE COORDINATION FOR DISTRIBUTED EDGE COMPUTATIONS
Techniques for distributed computation are provided. A plurality of edge computing devices available to execute a computing task for a client device is identified, and a first latency of transmitting data among the plurality of edge computing devices is determined. A second latency of transmitting data from the client device to the plurality of edge computing devices is determined, and a set of edge computing devices, from the plurality of edge computing devices, is determined to execute the computing task based at least in part on the first and second latencies. Execution of the computing task is facilitated using the set of edge computing devices, where the client device transmits a portion of the computing task directly to each edge computing device of the set of edge computing devices.
Information Exchange Between the CU-CP and the CU-UP for Flexible SCG (DE) Activation
A method including using master cell group resources for a downlink data transmission to a user equipment, wherein the user equipment is configured with at least one secondary cell group terminated split bearer and a secondary cell group is deactivated; determining, at a centralized central unit user plane, when secondary cell group resources of the deactivated secondary cell group are needed, wherein the determining is based, at least partially, on a data volume threshold for a data radio bearer as configured by a central unit control plane; and based upon the determining that the secondary cell group resources are needed, sending a notification to the central unit control plane to trigger activation of the secondary cell group resources.
MANAGING MULTIPLE SIMULTANEOUS PERIODIC UPLINK TRANSMISSIONS
A method of wireless communication includes receiving a first configuration for a first uplink (UL) transmission at a first time. The first configuration indicates a first transmission configuration indication (TCI) state and a first identifier (ID). A second configuration for a second UL transmission is received at a second time. The second configuration indicates a second TCI state and a second ID. The second UL transmission has a same priority or a same type as the first UL transmission. The first UL transmission is determined to be higher in a hierarchy than the second UL transmission based on a relationship between the first ID and the second ID. The first UL transmission is transmitted with the first TCI state based on the determined hierarchy. The second UL transmission is transmitted with the first TCI state or the second UL transmission is dropped based on the hierarchy.
Load balancing method and device, storage medium, and electronic device
A load balancing method and device, a storage medium and an electronic device are provided. The method includes the following operations. A first node receives cell available resource information of a target cell of a second node from the second node, wherein the cell available resource information includes at least one of: an overlapping situation of the cell with other cells in a frequency domain, an available resource of the cell obtained by performing predetermined processing on an original available resource of the cell according to the overlapping situation of the cell with other cells in the frequency domain, an available resource of one or more beams in the cell, and one or more beam identifiers of the one or more beams in the cell. The first node performs load balancing according to the cell available resource information of the target cell of the second node.
System and method to offload point to multipoint transmissions
An information handling system includes a publisher device and an offload device. Multiple subscriber devices are associated with the publisher device. The offload device communicates with the publisher device. The offload device receives a packet transmission from the publisher device, and translates a topic address of the packet transmission to multiple destination addresses. The offload device sends the packet transmission to each of the subscriber devices. Each of the subscriber devices is associated with a corresponding destination address of the multiple destination address. The offload device receives one or more acknowledgements from the subscriber devices, and combines the one or more acknowledgements into a composite completion message. The offload device sends the composite completion message to the publisher device.
