WIRELESS MESH NETWORK SYSTEM
20220150758 · 2022-05-12 ·

In order to provide a reliable interconnection between a wireless mesh network and an external network, more than one border router device may be deployed. A novel load balancing method, and the related system and devices, are disclosed in this invention. By embedding actual traffic load information in the frequency of sending the border router advertisements, automatic traffic load balancing among multiple border routers is realized in 5 the system, without extra signaling overhead or any change to the beacon packet structure.

Systems and methods for interfacing an information technology device with a gateway

A method for interfacing an information technology device with a gateway includes (1) receiving, at the gateway, first downlink data, and (2) steering the first downlink data from the gateway to a first information technology (IT) device via at least one of a first plurality of parallel data communication links between the first IT device and the gateway, according to a first steering policy.

Wireless Network Connection Management Method
20220150989 · 2022-05-12 ·

A wireless network connection management method includes at least one universal integrated circuit card (UICC) starting a search timer when utilizing a non-priority subscriber identity module (SIM) to establish a connection with a non-priority wireless network; the at least one UICC sending a search command to a wireless communication device in response to a first condition, wherein the first condition is that the search timer expires; a wireless communication device searching for and obtaining a current network status, and sending a reply message indicating the current network status to the at least one UICC; and in response to that the current network status indicates that a signal strength of a priority wireless network is greater than a specific signal strength, the at least one UICC informing and switching to the priority wireless network, and transmitting an update command to the wireless communication device.

Method and apparatus for accessing WiFi network to support a terminal connected to two or more WiFi networks at the same time

An apparatus for accessing a wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) network, including a Wi-Fi processor and N Wi-Fi access circuits. N is a natural number greater than or equal to 2. The Wi-Fi processor is shared by the N Wi-Fi access circuits and implements an operation function related to Wi-Fi. The N Wi-Fi access circuits receives and transmits data at a same time through N Wi-Fi networks that operate on different radio frequency bands. Each Wi-Fi access circuit of the Wi-Fi access circuits comprises a Media Access Control (MAC) hardware and a physical layer (PHY) hardware.

Radio communication system, base station apparatus, radio terminal and communication control method

A radio communication system includes a first base station that manages a first cell (110), a second base station (12) that manages a second cell (120), and a radio terminal (2). The radio terminal (2) supports dual connectivity involving a bearer split in which a first network bearer between the radio terminal (2) and a core network (3) is split over the first base station (11) and the second base station (12). The first base station (11) receives, from the second base station (12), bearer split status information about communication of the first network bearer in the second base station (12), and performs control of an access stratum related to the first network bearer. It is thus possible to contribute, for example, to an improvement in control of an access stratum when dual connectivity involving a bearer split is performed.

MULTI-LINK COMMUNICATION METHOD AND APPARATUS

Embodiments of this disclosure disclose a multi-link communication method and a related apparatus. In a scenario in which simultaneous transmission and reception over a plurality of links is not supported, a multi-link device first sends a first physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU) over a first link, and then sends a second PPDU over a second link through channel contention, where an end time of the second PPDU is not later than an end time of the first PPDU. The method not only ensures fairness of multi-link access, but also can reduce an idle rate of the plurality of links.

Authorization proxy

A computer-implemented method includes a proxy receiving an authorization message from a load balancer and the proxy selecting an authorization cell from a plurality of authorization cells designated for the proxy in response to receiving the authorization message. The proxy sending a second authorization message to the selected authorization cell and the proxy receiving a response message from the selected cell, wherein the response message corresponds to the second authorization message. The proxy then sending a second response message to the load balancer in response to receiving the response message.

Network steering

A method includes receiving, from a plurality of user devices, a plurality of requests to transmit over a wireless fidelity (WiFi) network and in response to determining that the WiFi network cannot support the plurality of requests, determining that a first request of the plurality of requests should be supported by a cellular network. The method also includes instructing a first user device of the plurality of user devices that communicated the first request to perform transmissions corresponding to the first request over the cellular network.

Third party applications are deployed as “containerized applications” on one or more wireless AP devices. The containerized applications are confined to a pre-allocated segregated disk space within a file system of a wireless AP device. The containerized applications have access to standard Linux services as well as access to advanced features provided by an AP.

Data distribution method and device, and storage medium and system

Provided are a data distribution method and device, and a storage medium and a system. The method may comprise: receiving an access state report sent by at least one access device, wherein the access state report comprises multiple pieces of network state information for characterizing access networks provided by the corresponding access devices; and determining, based on network state information about access networks provided by various access devices and a data stream to be transmitted, data distribution amounts corresponding to various access devices. Accordingly, multi-connection data transmission control is carried out for a data stream to be transmitted, so as to improve the throughput of service data.
