The present disclosure provides a processing circuit of a display device, a display device and an operating method thereof. The processing circuit includes: an obtaining module, configured to determine a current operating mode of the display device; and a control module, connected with the obtaining module and the communication modules and configured to control an operating state of each of the communication modules based on the performances of the communication modules and the current operating mode of the display device. Performances of the communication modules are different from each other.
HANDOVER METHOD, CORE NETWORK DEVICE, ACCESS NETWORK DEVICE, AND TERMINAL DEVICE
A handover method, an access network device, and a terminal device are provided. A handover method comprising: receiving by an access network device, a change instruction message, wherein the change instruction message is used to instruct the access network device to instruct a terminal device to perform an update, generating, by the access network device, an update message, wherein the update message is used to instruct the terminal device to perform an update; and sending by the access network device, the update message to the terminal device. Based on a handover procedure initiated by the second core network device, the connection between the terminal device and the second core network device may be switched to the connection between the terminal device and the first core network device without switching of the access network device, so that a network communication requirement is efficiently met.
METHOD FOR PERFORMING BANDWIDTH PART SWITCHING BY A USER EQUIPMENT
The present invention discloses a method of performing Bandwidth Part (BWP) switching by a user equipment (UE). The method comprises scheduling to receive a Synchronization Signal Block (SSB) during a first period; determining whether to perform the BWP switching based on the first period and a second period representing time duration for performing the BWP switching; and when the first period and the second period do not overlap, performing the BWP switching.
Content-aware inter-RAT RAB steering
A method for congestion control at an eNodeB is described, comprising detecting congestion at an eNodeB and entering a congestion control mode, receiving, at the eNodeB, a new user equipment (UE) connection request that contains a radio resource control (RRC) establishment cause, and using the RRC establishment cause for identifying a congestion management strategy, the congestion management strategy comprising one of initiating a handover for an existing LTE bearer, or redirecting the new UE connection request to a 3G nodeB.
USE OF DYNAMIC CONNECTION PRIORITY INFORMATION TO CONTROL NETWORK CONNECTIVITY
User equipment receives first connection priority information. In accordance with the first connection priority information, the mobile communication device establishes a first wireless communication link between the user equipment and a first wireless network to communicate first communications. A controller/management resource provides notification of second connection priority information to be used instead of the first connection priority information. In response to detecting a trigger event in which the user equipment is operated to communicate second communications, the user equipment uses the second connection priority information as a replacement to the first connection priority information to establish a second wireless communication link connecting the user equipment to the second network instead of the first network.
Desynchronized network access in M2M networks
Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are disclosed to desynchronize transmissions in group-based operations. A group user equipment (UE), e.g., a UE that is a member of a group of UEs, may be in an inactive mode. The group UE may receive a multicast message indicating that the group UE may enter an active mode. For example, the group UE may use the active mode for periodic reporting of its monitoring activity to the network. The multicast message may indicate a mechanism for the group UE to use to send an uplink transmission to the network. The group UE may send the uplink transmission to the network at a transmission time indicated by the mechanism. The transmission time may be desynchronized from other UEs in the group.
BASE STATION, USER EQUIPMENT AND METHOD EXECUTED THEREBY
The present invention provides a base station, a user equipment (UE) and a method executed by the base station. The method executed by the base station comprises: broadcasting to the UE that the base station supports connectivity to a first core network and a second core network, a communication interface between the first core network and the base station being different from a communication interface between the second core network and the base station; receiving a selection of the UE to one of the first core network and the second core network; and initiating, according to the received selection of the UE, connection establishment to the core network selected by the UE. The technical solution provides a core network selection method for a base station (e.g., eLTE eNB) simultaneously supporting two different core networks, so as to correspondingly determining a network interface used for communication with the selected core network, thereby achieving normal communication between the UE and the core network.
INTERWORKING WITH BEARER-BASED SYSTEM
Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for interworking between bearer-less networks and bearer based networks are provided. One method includes receiving, by a network entity in a bearer-less network, a context request to obtain user equipment context information for a user equipment moving from the bearer-less network to a bearer-based network. The method may further include providing a context response comprising the context information to a network entity in the bearer-based network, the context information used to establish bearers for the user equipment to obtain internet protocol (IP) based services.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR INTERNETWORKING WITH FUTURE GENERATION NETWORK
A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium are described in which a network device of a radio access network receives a message, from an end device, that includes capability information of the end device, and the network device includes a first network interface to a first core network and a second network interface to a second core network. The network device determines whether to establish a first bearer, which pertains to the end device, with the first core network via the first network interface, or a second bearer, which pertains to the end device, with the second core network via the second network interface based on the capability information. The network device establishes the first bearer or the second bearer based on the determination.
Method and apparatus for preventing loss of data packets
The present disclosure relates to a pre-5.sup.th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4.sup.th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). A method for preventing a loss of data packets of a transmission end is provided. The method includes performing a path switching operation, receiving, from a reception end, a switching status report that includes information related to the data packets that were not received by the reception end, and retransmitting the data packets that were not received by the reception end, where the path switching operation is an operation of switching a data transmission path from a first communication system to a second communication system or from the second communication system to the first communication system, and where the first communication system is a fourth generation (4G) communication system, and the second communication system is a fifth generation (5G) communication system that uses a millimeter-wave (mm-wave) band.
