The present invention provides a mobility information reporting method and a UE. The method comprises: when a cell change or a cell reaccess is triggered, performing cell handover to a target cell indicated by a network side, and/or when an appropriate cell is selected, and the appropriate cell is in a candidate cell list, establishing communication with the appropriate cell; and recording mobility information corresponding to cell handover and/or communication establishment with the appropriate cell, and reporting the mobility information. By using the method provided in the present invention, DAPS and/or CHO/CPC mobility success/failure information can be recorded and reported, the generated omission or misjudgment is reduced, and the accuracy for parameter adjustment after the network side receives the reporting is improved.

The present disclosure relates to method and apparatus for performing mobility in wireless communication system. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving a first message comprising handover commands of candidate target cells, each of the handover commands being related to an index; receiving a second message comprising the index related to a first handover command of a candidate target cell among the handover commands, and a second handover command of the candidate target cell; updating the first handover command based on the second handover command; identifying that the candidate target cell satisfies a handover condition for the candidate target cell based on a measurement result for the candidate target cell; and performing a handover to the candidate target cell satisfying the handover condition based on the updated first handover command.

A method of a UE comprises: receiving, for a serving cell or neighbor cells, first cell-moving information including first coordinates of a first reference location at a first epoch time and a velocity of the first reference location; determining whether at least one of the serving cell or the neighbor cells is an earth-moving cell; updating, using the first cell-moving information and ephemeris information, the first coordinates of the first reference location for at least one of the serving cell or the neighbor cells based on a determination that the at least one of the serving cell or the neighbor cells is the earth-moving cell; identifying a distance between the UE and the first coordinates of the first reference location; and determine, based on the distance, whether to measure signals received from the neighbor cells for a cell reselection operation.

A method (800) performed by a T-SN for cancelling a conditional PSCell, change (CPC). The method includes the T-SN receiving (s802) a request for a CPC configuration for a UE, wherein the request was transmitted by a first network node (NN), and the UE is connected to the first NN and is also connected to a second NN. The method also includes the T-SM transmitting (s804) to the first NN a response to the request, the response including the CPC configuration for the UE. The method further includes, after transmitting the response, the T-SN transmitting (s806) to the first NN a cancellation indication indicating that the CPC configuration for the UE is cancelled.
METHODS AND APPARATUSES OF A MOBILITY ROBUSTNESS OPTIMIZATION MECHANISM FOR A CONDITIONAL HANDOVER PROCEDURE
Embodiments of the present application relate to methods and apparatuses for a mobility robustness optimization (MRO) mechanism for a conditional handover (CHO) procedure. According to an embodiment of the present application, a method can include: receiving CHO configuration information for a user equipment (UE), wherein the CHO configuration information is associated with one or more CHO candidate cells and includes a set of execution conditions corresponding to the one or more CHO candidate cells; performing a handover (HO) procedure associated with a target cell, in response to receiving a handover command from a source cell or performing a CHO procedure associated with a CHO candidate cell, in response to meeting an execution condition of the CHO candidate cell; starting a timer for HO procedure or CHO procedure; and in response to successfully accessing the target cell or the CHO candidate cell, stopping the timer and transmitting assistant information to the target cell or the CHO candidate cell. In response to failing to perform the HO procedure or the CHO procedure, the UE performs a re-establishment procedure and selects one cell. If the selected cell is CHO candidate cell, the UE performs a CHO procedure and stores the information regarding whether an execution condition for each of the one or more CHO candidate cells is met or not.
RADIO LINK FAILURE REPORTING METHOD AND USER EQUIPMENT
The present disclosure provides a radio link failure reporting method and user equipment. The radio link failure reporting method includes: detecting, by user equipment (UE), occurrence of a radio link failure (RLF); and storing, by the UE, radio link failure information in an RLF report, wherein if the UE has performed a handover procedure before the RLF, the radio link failure information includes: information for indicating the type of the handover procedure; a global cell identity and a tracking area code of a cell where the latest handover command was received; and an elapsed time starting from reception of the latest handover command.

A method performed by a first base station in a wireless communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: transmitting a first message for conditional PSCell addition to a second base station, wherein the first message includes a measurement result of a terminal for at least one cell, and the second base station operates the at least one cell; receiving a second message from the second base station as a response to the first message, wherein the second message includes at least one of frequency information related to a candidate target PSCell selected from among the at least one cell or a cell identifier of the candidate target PSCell, as well as configuration information about the candidate target PSCell; determining an execution condition for the conditional PSCell addition related to the candidate target PSCell on the basis of at least one of the frequency information or the cell identifier; and transmitting, to the terminal, a third message including the configuration information about the candidate target PSCell, the execution condition, and information indicating the cell identifier.
