CONDITIONAL HANDOVER MANAGEMENT
A source base station receives, from a candidate base station while a user device is operating in a source cell of the source base station, a first message that indicates a conditional handover configuration providing information for user device operation within a candidate target cell of the candidate base station, but does not indicate a corresponding condition for handing over to the candidate target cell. The source base station generates the corresponding condition for handing over to the candidate target cell, and sends, to the user device, a second message that indicates the conditional handover configuration and the corresponding condition.
CHO RESOURCE PROCESSING METHOD, APPARATUS AND SYSTEM
Proposed are a CHO resource processing method, apparatus and system. The CHO resource processing method comprises: a source base station of a UE sending CHO resource change request indication information to at least one CHO target base station of the UE, the CHO resource change request indication information being used for instructing at least one CHO target base station to change the resource of at least one CHO target cell of the UE; and the source base station sending a CHO resource change notification to the UE, the CHO resource change notification comprising information indicating the change in resource of at least one CHO target cell and an identifier of at least one CHO target cell.
NEW RADIO (NR) EARLY MEASUREMENT WITH MULTIPLE SECONDARY NODES (MULTI-SNS)
This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for early measurement associated with configuring with multiple secondary nodes (SNs). In one aspect, the configuration of multiple SNs may be improved by allowing a master node (MN) to determine a multi-SN configuration based at least in part on measurements of actual channel conditions as seen by the UE. Enabling the MN to receive the measurement information early during a process associated with establishing a connection between the UE and the MN may thereby improve efficiency and reduce latency associated with the configuration of multiple SNs.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MEASUREMENT REPORTING DURING A CONDITIONAL PCELL HANDOVER IN A WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
A method and apparatus for measurement reporting during a conditional PCell handover in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device receives, from the source cell, a handover command including a handover condition for a target cell. A wireless device performs measurement on at least one of neighbor cells. A wireless device transmits, to the target cell, a handover complete message based on that the handover condition for the target cell is met, wherein the handover complete message includes results of the measurement on the at least one of the neighbor cells.
CELL HANDOVER METHOD AND APPARATUS
Embodiments of this application provide a cell handover method and apparatus. A first network device of a first cell obtains user information of a terminal device, and then the first network device may determine handover information based on the user information and running information of the first network device, so that after the first network device sends an RRC message including the handover information to the terminal device, the terminal device may perform N consecutive cell handovers based on the handover information. In the N cell handovers, the first network device only needs to obtain the user information once, to configure handover conditions for the N subsequent handovers in advance at a time. This simplifies a network signaling procedure, reduces network overheads, and reduces handover response time. The embodiments of this application are applicable to a network handover in a satellite scenario.
Method and apparatus for sidelink operation
A method for sidelink operation performed by a user equipment (UE) is provided. The method includes receiving, from a first cell, a conditional handover command that includes an indication of a second cell and one or more triggering conditions for handover to the second cell, performing handover to the second cell after determining that at least one of the triggering conditions is fulfilled, and applying a sidelink resource configuration that is stored in the UE after performing handover to the second cell based on the conditional handover command.

An embodiment of a user equipment supports conditional handovers to one or more cells of a cellular network.
The user equipment is configured to receive configuration data from the cellular network. The configuration data indicates for a plurality of target cells of the cellular network, conditions to trigger a conditional handover to any of the target cells.
The user equipment is further configured to check the conditions with respect to appliance, and, in case of appliance, trigger the conditional handover.
