PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD AND FLUID HEATER

A printed circuit board includes a conducting path shaped via a subtractive method and a heating line. The heating line is formed by the conducting path and designed to have a predetermined heating power for a heating fluid. The printed circuit board further includes a heat dispersion layer designed for transferring heat to the fluid. A heater includes such a printed circuit board.

TRANSPARENT COMPOSITE NANOWIRE ELECTRODES

Composite electrodes and their methods of manufacture are disclosed. In one embodiment, an electrode may include a first layer including first particles, a second layer including conductive nanowires, and a third layer comprising second particles. The second layer may be disposed between and in electrical contact with the first layer and the third layer. The composite electrode may be substantially transparent in some embodiments.

A board, including a first pad area, a second pad area, a first micro heater, a second micro heater, a first heater terminal pad, a second heater terminal pad, and a third heater terminal pad, is provided. The first pad area and the second pad area respectively include at least one pad. The first micro heater and the second micro heater are respectively disposed corresponding to the first pad area and the second pad area. The first heater terminal pad and the second heater terminal pad form a loop with the first micro heater by being electrically connected to an outside, so that the first micro heater generates heat. The second heater terminal pad and the third heater terminal pad form another loop with the second micro heater by being electrically connected to the outside, so that the second micro heater generates heat. A radio frequency filter is provided and includes a dielectric layer and a first inductor. The first inductor includes an input, a first coil disposed on a first side of the dielectric layer and connected to the input, and a second coil disposed on a second side of the dielectric layer opposite the first side. The first and second coils are planar, such that windings of the first coil are in a first layer and windings of the second coil are in a second layer. The first coil overlaps and is connected in series with the second coil. The first coil, the dielectric layer and the second coil collectively provide a capacitance of the radio frequency filter. The first inductor further includes a first via extending through the dielectric layer and connected to the first coil and the second coil and a first output connected to the second coil.

The disclosure provides an apparatus, system and method of providing a flexible heater on at least one conformable substrate of a medical fluid bag. The disclosed embodiments may include providing a matched function ink set, printed onto at least one substantially planar face of the at least one substrate to form at least: at least one conductive layer capable of receiving current flow from at least one power source; at least one resistive layer electrically associated with the at least one conductive layer and comprising a plurality of heating elements capable of generating heat upon receipt of the current flow; and at least one dielectric layer capable of at least partially insulating the at least one resistive layer.

The one or more electrically conductive paths further includes a heater power circuit configured to deliver power to the logic control circuit. The one or more electrically conductive paths further includes an operational power circuit configured to switch off power to the heater power circuit and switch on power to the operational power circuit upon a delivery of the input from the logic control circuit.
