An electronic component module (100) includes a module board (10) having electronic components (40) mounted on at least one of a first surface (front surface) (12) and a second surface (back surface) (14), mold portions (22 and 23), and a shield (32). The mold portions (22 and 23) cover the mounted electronic components (40). The shield (32) covers at least a part of the mold portions (22 and 23) and the side surfaces of the module board (10). Protrusions (15) protruding from the side surfaces are formed on the module board (10). The shield (32) is separated by the protrusions (15).

This invention provides an electro-optical module with reduced noise in driving voltage. The invention can include a power supply substrate that is arranged separately from the flexible substrate having a driver, so that the noise of the driving voltage supplied from the power supply substrate is reduced. The electro-optical module includes a first connecting portion connecting a first end of the flexible substrate to a display panel and configured to receive a signal from the driver, and a second connecting portion connecting the first end of the flexible substrate to the display panel and configured to receive the driving voltage from a third connecting portion at a second end of the flexible substrate.

An antenna assembly comprising a base, a modem, a top lid and a housing is disclosed herein. The base is composed of an aluminum material. The modem is disposed on the base. The top lid is for the base, and the top lid comprises at least one antenna element disposed on an exterior surface. The housing covers the top lid and base. The top lid acts as an electro-magnetic barrier for the modem.

The antenna also includes a second trace distinct and physically separated from the first trace, the second trace having a first end and a second end, the second end of the second trace being electrically coupled to the ground plane, the first trace and the second trace forming discontinuous portions of the antenna.

Heat generated by the antenna module is transferred to the conductive portion of the housing.
DISPLAY PANEL AND DISPLAY MODULE
A display panel and a display module are disclosed. The display panel includes a second lead wire disposed corresponding to a first lead wire in an intersecting arrangement and insulated from the first lead wire. A first projection area is defined by a projection of the first lead wire projected on the second lead wire, and a second projection area is defined by a projection of the second lead wire projected on the first lead wire. A via hole is disposed in the first projection area or the second projection area. The display panel is configured to mitigate capacitance interference between the first lead wire and the second lead wire, and to further improve display performance of the display panel.

According to various embodiments of the disclosure, an electronic device may comprise: a display, a first circuit board disposed under the display, at least one component disposed on one surface of the first circuit board, an interposer surrounding at least two sides of the at least one component and disposed on the first circuit board, and a second circuit board spaced apart from the first circuit board and including an area joined with the interposer. The interposer may include: a first interposer portion disposed along a first area of the first circuit board, a first end of the first interposer having at least a portion including a non-shielding area, and a second interposer portion disposed along a second area, adjacent to the first area, of the first circuit board, a second end of the second interposer facing the first end and having at least a portion including a non-shielding area.

The electronic device includes a first circuit board having a first connection terminal formed thereon, an application processor (AP) connected to the first connection terminal and deployed on the first circuit board, an interposer having a via formed therein and having a first surface attached to the first circuit board, the interposer at least partly surrounding at least a partial region of the first circuit board and a first end portion of the via being electrically connected to the first connection terminal, a second circuit board having a second connection terminal formed thereon and attached to a second surface of the interposer in an opposite direction to the first surface, the second connection terminal being electrically connected to a second end portion of the via and the second circuit board forming an inner space together with the first circuit board and the interposer, a communication processor (CP) connected to the second connection terminal and deployed on the second circuit board, and an antenna electrically connected to the CP.
