The inventive Method for producing a printed circuit board having a plurality of alternately arranged insulating layers and conductive layers and at least one hard gold-plated edge connector, where an outer conductive layer is surface treated, is characterized by the steps of providing a hard gold-plated edge connector on a group of an insulating layer and a conductive layer, covering the conductive layer and the hard gold-plated edge connector with at least one group of an insulating layer and a conductive layer, surface-treating an outer conductive layer to form connector pads for wire bonding of electronic components, cutting the insulating layers and the conductive layers down to the conductive layer forming the hard gold-plated edge connector, removing the insulating layers and conductive layers from the hard gold-plated edge connector. The inventive printed circuit board comprised of a plurality of alternately arranged insulating layers and conductive layers and at least one hard gold-plated edge connector is characterized by the hard gold-plated edge connector being arranged on an inner conductive layer of the printed circuit board, and the inner conductive layer forming the hard gold-plated edge connector protruding from the plurality of insulating layers and conductive layers.

FLEXIBLE PRINTER CIRCUIT BOARD
A flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) is disclosed. The FPCB can be employed to connect an interface card having connectors with a two-stage configuration to a connection destination of a portable information equipment. The FPCB includes a bend line located between an upper-stage terminal group and a lower-stage terminal group. The FPCB can be bent along the bend line to allow the upper-stage terminal group and the lower-stage terminal group to be mutually superimposed over each other. In addition, the upper-stage terminal group of the FPCB is connected to the upper-stage-side connector terminal group of the interface card, and the lower-stage terminal group of the FPCB is connected to the lower-stage-side connector terminal group of the interface card.
ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT CARD WITH CONNECTOR EDGE HAVING ALTERNATED TX AND RX PINS ASSIGNMENT
An electronic circuit card comprises a printed circuit board (PCB) with electronic components thereon. The electronic components comprise drivers for transmitting TX signals and receivers for receiving RX signals, according to several groups of interface signals. There is further provided a connector edge, arranged at an edge of the card, and configured to allow the card to be connected to an external connector. This connector edge comprises two subsets of symmetric pins on respective (opposite) sides thereof. The drivers and the receivers are connected to the pins, for respectively conveying the TX signals and the RX signals. Pins are assigned such that, for each of the several groups of supported interface signals, any pin (of any of the subsets) connected to transmit TX signals is located opposite a pin (of the other subset) connected to receive RX signals. Pairs of consecutive pins (on each side) typically come in differential pairs.
Electronic package and method of forming an electronic package
Embodiments disclosed herein include modular electronics packages and methods of forming such packages. In an embodiment, the electronics package comprises a first connector module having a notch on a first end and a plurality of surface mount technology (SMT) pads on a second end. In an embodiment, the electronics package further comprises a second connector module having a keyed connector on a first end and a plurality of SMT pads on a second end. In an embodiment, the electronics package further comprises a system in package (SIP) module between the first connector module and the second connector module, the component module electrically and mechanically coupled to the SMT pads of the first connector and the SMT pads of the second connector.
Display device
A display device includes a display panel including first and second signal pads respectively disposed at one side and the other side of a center axis extending in a first direction and first and second fixing pads spaced apart from each other with the first and second signal pads interposed therebetween, and a flexible film including connection pads overlapping the signal pads and first and second alignment pads groups spaced apart from each other with the connection pads interposed therebetween. The first alignment pad group includes n first alignment pads arranged in the first direction, the second alignment pad group includes n second alignment pads corresponding to the first alignment pads, and a distance between corresponding first and second alignment pads decreases as a distance thereof from a display area decreases.

A circuit board structure includes a body, multiple first pads, a conductive assembly, multiple first engaging components, and multiple second engaging components. The body includes a first portion and a second portion integrally formed. A first surface of the first portion directly contacts a second surface of the second portion. A first region of the first surface protrudes from the second portion, and a second region of the second surface protrudes from the first portion. The first pads and the first engaging components are disposed on the first portion of the body and located in the first region of the first surface. The conductive assembly and the second engaging components are disposed on the second portion of the body and located in the second region of the second portion. The first pads are located between the first engaging components, and the conductive assembly is located between the second engaging components.
