LIQUID DISCHARGE STRUCTURE
An objective of the present invention is to improve the discharge capacity for liquid collected within a casing while suppressing liquid entering a discharge opening from the outside. A liquid discharge structure includes a plate-shaped bottom wall with a discharge opening for liquid, the liquid being collected inside a casing 1 which is configured to be installed in a vehicle, a blocking wall outside the bottom wall, wherein the blocking wall is overlapped with the discharge opening in a plan view on the bottom wall and opposed to the bottom wall with a gap between the blocking wall and the bottom wall, and a fixing mechanism which is disposed not to be overlapped with the discharge opening in the plan view, wherein the fixing mechanism is configured to fix the blocking wall relative to the bottom wall in an attachable and detachable manner.
Venting Device with Splash Guard and Power Tool with such a Venting Device
A venting device with a splash guard for deflection of splashing water entering the interior of the venting device has slats with a front section arranged at the exterior. Venting slots are formed between the front sections. At least one of the slats has a deflection section arranged at the interior and a central section connecting deflection section and front section. The front section and the deflection section are angled relative to the central section. The front section of the at least one slat in the operating position of the venting device extends from the central section toward the top side. The deflection section extends in the operating position from the central section toward the bottom side. The deflection section has a region oriented at an angle of less than 90° relative to the central section. A power tool with such a venting device is provided.
Vent/drain covers, vented/drained enclosures, and methods of protecting vent/drain features in electronic assemblies
A vent/drain cover for an electronics enclosure includes a cover body defining an axis and a surface with a first wall protruding from the surface in a direction and a second wall protruding from the surface in the same direction but displaced radially from the first wall. The first wall has a first channel formed therein that is defined by a portion of the first wall that does not extend as far from the surface as the balance of the first wall. The second wall has a second channel defined by a portion of the second wall that does not extend as far from the surface as the balance of the second wall, the first channel being circumferentially offset from the second channel. Electronics enclosures and methods of venting electronics assemblies are also described.
ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOX
Provided is an electrical junction box that enables suppression of entry of water even when the electrical junction box is installed in a vehicle in different orientations. Disclosed is an electrical junction box including a first case having an opening, a second case configured to cover the opening, and an accommodated component that includes a circuit assembly and is housed between the first case and the second case. The second case includes a peripheral wall formed by connecting a plurality of flat faces in a polygonal shape to cover an outer periphery of the first case adjacent to the opening. The first case includes water guard walls extending along at least two of the flat faces to cover a region not covered with the peripheral wall.
Systems and methods for using dynamic materials in no-power actuation of telecommunications maintenance hardware
A system described herein may allow for the actuating of venting apparatuses, without needing to supply electrical power. For example, a self-actuating material may be used, which may be responsive to heat, to open and/or close the venting apparatus. When the temperature of an apparatus, to which the venting apparatus is affixed, exceeds a threshold temperature, the venting apparatus may open. On the other hand, when the temperature of an apparatus, to which the venting apparatus is affixed, exceeds a threshold temperature, the venting apparatus may close.
VENT FILTER AND RADIO REMOTE UNIT
A vent filter and a Radio Remote Unit having the vent filter. The vent filter includes a first member including a first body having a ventilation path extending through the first body, an inner wall constituting a ventilation hole which is communicated with the ventilation path, and an outer wall constituting a gap between the inner wall and the outer wall. The vent filter also includes a second member including a second body and at least one enclosure wall protruding out from the second body, wherein at least one of the at least one enclosure wall is located outside the outer wall and surrounding the outer wall. Both the inner and outer walls have at least one first groove at an end and each of the at least one enclosure wall has at least one second groove at an end.
Housing and Electric Mower
A housing holding parts includes a plurality of outer circumferential plates connected with each other to form a first enclosed space, one or more of the outer circumferential plates having a total of two or more outer holes formed therein, and a gutter member connected to at least two outer circumferential plates, the gutter member having an inner hole formed therein, wherein a second enclosed space is formed by the outer circumferential plates and the gutter member, the outer holes communicate with the second enclosed space, and the inner hole is provided to be offset from each of the lines passing through each of the outer holes which are perpendicular to the outer circumferential plates in which the outer holes 8 are formed.
DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device, includes: a housing including a first opening; a display component mounted on the housing and including a second opening aligned with the first opening, the first opening and the second opening being used for a camera of the display device to collect ambient light; a first dust-proof part located between the display component and the housing; where, a surface of the housing toward the first dust-proof part is recessed inwardly to form an accommodating groove used for accommodating the first dust-proof part.
METHODS OF PROTECTING VENT/DRAIN FEATURES IN ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLIES
