Circuit board assembly
A mid-plane assembly includes a main circuit board portion including a plurality of electrical connectors configured to releasably engage a plurality of devices, a first circuit board portion, and a first electrical coupling assembly configured to electrically couple the first circuit board portion to the main circuit board portion and position the first circuit board portion essentially orthogonal to the main circuit board portion.
Modular power distribution system and methods
A modular power distribution system comprises a chassis; and a backplane including a power input, and a plurality of module connection locations. A plurality of modules are mounted in the chassis, each module mounted to one of the module connection locations. Each module includes: (i) an OR-ing diode; (ii) a circuit protection device; (iii) a microprocessor controlling the circuit protection device; and (iv) a power output connection location. A circuit option switch is located on each module for setting the current limits for each module. A control module is provided connected to the backplane.
Mainboard for POS Terminal
The present invention has advantages in that as a USB port unit and a hard disk port unit are formed on the edge of the substrate unit thereby allowing external USB and external disks to be directly connected to the main board, so that it prevents electrical malfunction caused by cable connection, and as the transmission speed of high-speed communication increases through direct connection, it is to provide a main board for POS terminal which may maintain stable system by reducing communication errors.
Electronic device
In an electronic device, pairs of fixing jigs are provided on an extraction side of pairs of guide rails and extend in an extraction direction respectively along both ends of a circuit board. The fixing jigs of each pair are disposed on the sides of both surfaces of the circuit board such that their distal ends are spaced at a second interval longer than a first interval. Pairs of jig guiding portions are provided on a faceplate and extend in an insertion direction respectively along both ends of the circuit board. The jig guiding portions of each pair are disposed on the sides of both surfaces of the circuit board such that their distal ends are spaced at a third interval longer than the sum of the second interval and the thicknesses of the distal ends of the pair of fixing jigs.
Locking device for rackable electronic equipment
A locking device for a rackable piece of electronic equipment is disclosed. The locking device has a first beam and a second beam hinged to the first beam. The first beam and the second beam removably engage at least one lock of the rackable piece of electronic equipment and are capable of locking the rackable piece of electronic equipment to a backplane of a rack.
Backplane and communications device
A backplane and a communications device are disclosed. In one example, the backplane includes at least one fixing plate, multiple connectors, and multiple flexible cables, where signal connection is implemented between corresponding connectors by the flexible cables. Each of the connectors is provided with a housing, and multiple signal pins are installed on the housing. The housing is installed on the fixing plate and is provided with a jack for insertion of a connector of a subcard in the communications device. One end of each signal pin is inserted into the jack, and the other end is connected to each flexible cable.
Cold storage server with heat dissipation
A server can be used for a cold storage application. The server can include a nest for holding a high density of bare storage drives. The nest can include a plurality of drive cooling channels residing on the underside of the nest. The server can further include rear, front, and side air flow paths for natural convection cooling.
Backplane electronic board and associated electronic control unit
The present invention concerns a backplane electronic board (20) having on inner face (142) suitable for being connected to electronic board connectors (12) and an outer face (143) suitable for being connected to an outer connector (15), the backplane board (20) being characterized in that it has blind holes opening on the inner face (142) of same, and holes opening on the outer face (143) of same, the holes being suitable for receiving press-fit connection elements and forming therewith an electrical connection point.
System for electrical connection of printed circuit boards and backplanes in server enclosure
Utilities (e.g., apparatuses, systems, methods, etc.) for reducing or eliminating gaps between the tips of male pins and the bottoms of corresponding female sockets of interfaced connectors (e.g., daughtercard and backplane connectors) of a computing module and a backplane of a server enclosure under a variety of differing mechanical tolerances in the lengths of the server enclosure and the computing module (e.g., along a dimension that is parallel to the longitudinal axes of the male pins and female sockets). The disclosed utilities allow for increased signal quality and data rates through interfaced connectors while reducing strain on the PCB, solder joints, and the like during the interfacing of the connectors.
