System for transmitting electrical signals
A flexible and/or stretchable structural system for transmitting electrical signal between first and second rigid portions comprises a body structure and said first and second portions arranged to said body structure. The modulus of elasticity of said first portion is lower than the corresponding modulus of elasticity of said second portion. In addition the modulus of elasticity of said body structure is lower than the corresponding modulus of elasticity of said second portion. The system comprises also an interface portion, such as e.g. an electrically conducting fabric, textile or knit, which is arranged to said body structure and between said first and second portions. The interface portion electrically connects said first and second portions. The modulus of elasticity of said interface portion is lower than the corresponding modulus of elasticity of said second portion.
Stretchable Wiring Member
In a stretchable wiring member having a relatively hard portion, such as a contact point, there is provided a solution to malfunction of the stretchable wiring member caused by stress generated at a boundary between the hard portion and a flexible portion. A stretchable wiring member includes a flexible substrate having stretchability, a stretchable wiring line disposed along the flexible substrate and configured to be stretched in association with stretching deformation of the flexible substrate, and a hard member that is harder than the flexible substrate. The flexible substrate has an extension layer portion interposed between the hard member and the stretchable wiring line.
Electronic package comprising a decoupling layer structure
An electronic package having a base structure; a layer stack formed over the base structure; and a component embedded at least partially within the base structure and/or within the layer stack. The layer stack has a decoupling layer structure, the decoupling layer structure with a decoupling material having a Young Modulus being smaller than 1 GPa.
ELASTIC MOUNTING BOARD
An elastic mounting board that includes: a first elastic substrate; an elastic wiring on a first main surface of the first elastic substrate; an electrode electrically connected to the elastic wiring; and a functional component mounted in a mounting portion of the first elastic substrate and electrically connected to the elastic wiring, in which the mounting portion having the functional component is folded back such that the functional component will face a first main surface side of the elastic mounting board and the electrode will face a second main surface side of the elastic mounting board.
Elastic Connecting Component and Method for Manufacturing the Same, and Elastic Electronic Device and Method for Manufacturing the Same
Disclosed is an elastic connecting component, including an elastomer, and an elastic conductor in the elastomer, wherein the elastic conductor includes a first conductor, a second conductor, and a third conductor electrically connected between the first conductor and the second conductor; a plane where the second conductor and the third conductor are positioned has a preset angle in relation to the first conductor, and the preset angle is between 0° and 180°. Further disclosed is a method for manufacturing the elastic connecting component, an elastic electronic device and a method for manufacturing the same. A three-dimensional configuration of the elastic conductor in the elastic connecting component enables the elastic conductor to have a better tensile elongation performance.
Printed circuit board
A printed circuit board has a first base region and a flexible region. The printed circuit board includes a core layer including a first insulating layer including a high elastic material and a first wiring layer disposed on the first insulating layer; a first build-up layer disposed on the core layer in the first base region, and including a second insulating layer including a low elastic material, and having a first through portion penetrating through the second insulating layer; and a first electronic component disposed in the first through portion and connected to the first wiring layer.
ELASTOMERIC ELECTRODE AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME
The elastomeric electrode includes: a stretchable substrate 10 having wrinkles formed on one surface thereof, the peaks C and valleys T of the wrinkles being repeated; a wrinkled metal nanoparticle layer 20 including metal nanoparticles 21 and formed by deposition of the metal nanoparticles along the wrinkles of the substrate 10; and a wrinkled monomolecular layer 30 including a monomolecular material having one or more amine groups (—NH.sub.2) and formed by deposition of the monomolecular material onto the metal nanoparticle layer 20. Also disclosed is a method for preparing the elastomeric electrode.
MULTILAYER PRINTED WIRING BOARD, MULTILAYER METAL-CLAD LAMINATED BOARD, AND RESIN-COATED METAL FOIL
A multilayer printed wiring board including one or more insulating layers 2 and at least one conductive layer 1 which are stacked alternately is disclosed. The one or more insulating layers 2 include at least one liquid crystal polymer resin layer 4 so that each of the one or more insulating layers 2 includes at least one layer selected from a group consisting of at least one polyolefin resin layer 3 and the at least one liquid crystal polymer resin layer 4. A percentage by volume of the at least one liquid crystal polymer resin layer 4 relative to the one or more insulating layers 2 is within a range of 5 to 90%.
