The connection pad is disposed on the device bonding area of the compression molding board.
DISPLAY MODULE AND METHOD FOR COATING THE SAME
The present disclosure provides a display module and a method for coating the same, which can prevent and/or reduce the occurrence of black seam between display modules that are arranged adjacent to each other. According to an example aspect of the present disclosure, a display module includes a printed circuit board; a plurality of luminous elements arranged at predetermined intervals on the printed circuit board; and a coating layer comprising a coating disposed between the respective luminous elements, disposed around side surfaces of the respective luminous elements positioned at an outermost, and formed to have a height that is substantially equal to a height of the side surfaces of the luminous elements, the coating being configured to block side light of the respective luminous elements.
TOPOGRAPHY-BASED DEPOSITION HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
A method for mounting a component (100) on a workpiece (106), the method comprising obtaining information regarding a surface topography of at least one of a mounting surface (102) of the component and a local surface (108) of the workpiece onto which the component is to be mounted. The method further comprises forming a plurality of deposits (110) of a viscous medium on at least one of the mounting and local surfaces, wherein each of the plurality of deposits has a height (/½, /½, h3) based on the obtained information, and is formed by individually applying at least one droplet (234) of the viscous medium (232) using non-contact dispensing. The method further comprises placing the component on the substrate, such that the plurality of deposits of viscous medium forms a connection between the component and the workpiece.
CURVED CIRCUIT BOARD
A curved printed circuit board (PCB) of a computing device is described herein. The computing device includes a housing and a PCB positioned in or on the housing. The computing device also includes a plurality of connectors physically connecting the PCB to a surface of the housing or another surface, such that at least a portion of the PCB is bent.
LED module
A light emitting diode (LED) module includes a base that is conductive and is selectively covered with an insulative layer. The base can include a connecting flange and a light emitting region. Traces are provided on the insulative coating and can be used to connect LEDs positioned on the light emitting region to pads on the connecting flange. The connecting flange can be offset in angle and/or position from the base and can be configured to provide a contact shape suitable to mate with a connector in a polarized manner. The base can be shaped so as to provide the desired functionality.
CONNECTOR FOR ELECTRONICALLY CONNECTING PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS OF AN ASSEMBLY OF AN ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT FOR AN ELECTRIC POWER STEERING SYSTEM
A connector is provided for electronically connecting a first printed circuit board to a second printed circuit board and a third printed circuit board. The connector is configured to form an assembly of an electronic control unit for an electric power steering system. The printed circuit boards are electronically connected with each other by the connector. The connector has a body comprising a base portion and a step portion (20). An assembly of the electronic control unit for the electric power steering system comprising the connector is also provided, along with an electronic control unit itself for the electric power steering system.
A DEFORMABLE APPARATUS AND METHOD
An apparatus and method wherein the method comprises: a deformable substrate; a curved support structure configured to support at least a portion of a resistive sensor wherein the resistive sensor comprises a first electrode, a second electrode and a resistive sensor material provided between the electrodes; at least one support configured to space the curved support structure from the deformable substrate so that when the deformable substrate is deformed the curved support structure is not deformed in the same way; wherein the resistive sensor is positioned on the curved support structure so as to limit deformation of the resistive sensor when the deformable substrate is deformed.
WIRED CIRCUIT BOARD AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF
A method for producing a wired circuit board including an insulating layer and a conductive pattern, including (1), providing the insulating layer having an inclination face; (2), providing a metal thin film at least on the surface of the insulating layer; (3), providing a photoresist on the surface of the metal thin film; (4), disposing a photomask so that a first portion, where the conductive pattern is provided in the photoresist, is shielded from light, and the photoresist is exposed to light through the photomask; (5), removing the first portion to expose the metal thin film corresponding to the first portion; and (6), providing the conductive pattern on the surface of the metal thin film exposed from the photoresist. The inclination face has a second portion that allows the light reflected at the metal thin film to reach the first portion.
Method of making a non-planar circuit board with embedded electronic components on a mandrel
A non-planar printed circuit board has an interior surface and an exterior surface. Between the interior surface and exterior surfaces are layers of conductive and dielectric materials. Passive and active electrical components are embedded within the interior and exterior surfaces. A hollow region is defined by the interior surface of the non-planar circuit board. The non-planar printed circuit board is manufactured on a mandrel having a non-planar shape such as, for example, a cylinder or sphere so as to form a hollow, curved non-planar structure.
