According to one embodiment, a printed circuit board includes a base substrate, a first pad located on the base substrate, a second pad located on the base substrate alongside the first pad with respect to a first direction X with a gap therebetween and a solder resist covering the base substrate and including a cavity portion in a position overlapping the first pad and the second pad, the solder resist including a first protruding portion projecting in a second direction crossing the first direction and a second protruding portion projecting in the second direction on an opposite side to the first protruding portion, and the first protruding portion and the second protruding portion each overlap the gap, an end of the first pad on a gap side, and an end of the second pad on a gap side.
Electronic Prototyping
The description relates to electronic prototyping platforms. One example can include an electrically insulative substrate having generally opposing first and second major surfaces and that includes an orientation feature that is visible on both of the first and second major surfaces. The example can include a first mounting hole through the substrate that is bordered by a first electrical conductor associated with data transmission. The example can also include a second mounting hole through the substrate that is bordered by a second electrical conductor associated with electrical ground, and a third mounting hole through the substrate that is bordered by a third electrical conductor associated with electrical power. The example can also include an edge connector tab defined by the substrate and having three exposed electrically conductive contacts that are coupled to the data electrical conductor, the ground electrical conductor, and the power electrical conductor and insulated from one another.
Inter-layer slot for increasing printed circuit board power performance
A printed circuit board includes a first voltage plane disposed on a first surface of a first electrically insulating layer and a second voltage plane. An inter-layer slot that is formed through the first electrically insulating layer and includes an electrically conductive material electrically couples the first voltage plane to the second voltage plane.

Array substrate and method of mounting integrated circuit using the same
An electronic device, including an array substrate, a pad portion disposed on the array substrate, and an integrated circuit disposed on the pad portion and comprising a bump portion. The pad portion includes a first sub-pad unit including a first pad having an inclined shape and a second sub-pad unit including a second pad having an inclined shape. The first pad and the second pad are symmetrically arranged with respect to an imaginary line that divides the pad portion. The pad portion is electrically connected with the bump portion.

There is provided a method for implementing an electronic card. The method can include providing the electronic card with a printed circuit board. The method further includes selecting one of a first side and a second side as a specified side on which only connection hardware is to be mounted. The first side is located at a first x-y plane and the second side is located at a second x-y plane, the first and second x-y planes being separated by a length equal to a thickness of the PCB. The first and second x-y planes are parallel.
Electrical connection structure for wiring boards and display device
This electrical connection structure for wiring boards comprises: a plurality of wiring boards which are arranged along one side of a display panel and distribute electric power and/or an electric signal for driving the display panel; and a connector which is mounted on the wiring boards adjacent to each other, and electrically connects the wiring boards via a belt-like wiring material. Terminal connecting region and connector fixing region of the wiring board are configured to enable both first mounting of the connector with a direction in which the belt-like wiring material is inserted from the display panel end and second mounting of the connector with a direction in which the belt-like wiring material is inserted from an end opposite to the display panel. Thus, the present invention provides an electrical connection structure for wiring boards, in which an insertion direction of a connector can be reversed.
