The rotor is disposed inside the stator. A shaft passes through the rotor in an axial direction, and two ends of the shaft are respectively mounted on the first bearing and the second bearing. The circuit board is disposed inside the hollow body and interposed between the stator and the first bearing, the periphery of the circuit board has a plurality of solder pads electrically connected to the stator. An outer surface of the circuit board has a protection layer, which covers the region of the solder pads near the outer edge of the periphery.

An example printed circuit board includes a controller interface coupled to a surface of the printed circuit board between a first end of the printed circuit board and a second end of the printed circuit board. The example printed circuit board includes a connector coupled to the surface proximate to the first end. The example printed circuit board includes a notch formed between the controller interface and the connector. The notch is to form a narrowed portion of the printed circuit board to enable the printed circuit board to bend at the narrowed portion.

CIRCUIT ASSEMBLY HAVING VIBRATION-PROOF FIXING STRUCTURE FOR CIRCUIT COMPONENT, AND ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR FOR VEHICLE

A circuit assembly (20) provided with: a circuit board (21); a capacitor (30) connected to the circuit board (21); and a circuit casing (20C) configured to house the circuit board (21) and the capacitor (30). The capacitor (30) is provided with: a component body (31) including a pair of connection terminals (32A and 33A) to be fixed to the circuit board (21); and a first fixing unit (41) and a second fixing unit (42) configured to fix the component body (31) to the circuit casing (20C) at both sides. The connection terminals (32A and 33A) are disposed with a fixed line (L1) connecting the first fixing unit (41) and the second fixing unit (42) interposed therebetween, and both of the pair of connection terminals (32A and 33A) protrudes sideward from the component body (31) between a first surface of the circuit board (21) and the circuit casing (20C), and extends toward the circuit board (21). Distal ends (P2) of each of the connection terminals (32A and 33A) are fixed to the circuit board (21) in a vicinity of the first fixing unit (41).

Output-noise reduction device

An object is to provide an output-noise reduction device that can prevent noise from an electronic device accommodated in a metal casing from being transmitted due to electromagnetic coupling. An output voltage is extracted to the outside through a conducting bar. A magnetic body core includes a through hole through which the conducting bar is inserted. A chip capacitor is mounted on a mounting board and connects between the output terminal VO and ground potential. A section from the output terminal VO to at least part of the chip capacitor mounted on the mounting board is isolated from the electromagnetic coupling from the electronic device. Thus, noise is prevented from being transmitted to the output terminal VO.

CIRCUIT ASSEMBLY AND ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOX

A circuit assembly includes a circuit board on which a coil is mounted, a heat sink, and a heat spreading plate that is separate from this heat sink. A first insulating adhesive layer is interposed between the circuit board and the heat spreading plate, and the heat spreading plate and the heat sink are fixed by a first fixing hole for a heat sink and a bolt. Accordingly, warping of the circuit board is suppressed.
