The invention relates to a deformable display, more in particular a flexible, stretchable, and transparent deformable display based on light-emitting elements such as for example light-emitting diodes (LEDs). The invention also relates to the use and applications of such deformable display, including systems and methods making use of such deformable display. In addition the invention relates to a flexible, stretchable and transparent display being deformable in real-time while maintaining deformability.

Panels of LED arrays and LED lighting systems are described. A panel includes a substrate having a top and a bottom surface. Multiple backplanes are embedded in the substrate, each having a top and a bottom surface. Multiple first electrically conductive structures extend at least from the top surface of each of the backplanes to the top surface of the substrate. Each of multiple LED arrays is electrically coupled to at least some of the first conductive structures. Multiple second conductive structures extend from each of the backplanes to at least the bottom surface of the substrate. At least some of the second electrically conductive structures are coupled to at least some of the first electrically conductive structures via the backplane. A thermal conductive structure is in contact with the bottom surface of each of the backplanes and extends to at least the bottom surface of the substrate.

Light-emitting module

A light-emitting module includes (i) a board provided with: a circuit pattern and a plurality of bottomed holes in each of a set of wiring pads continuous with the circuit pattern on a first surface; electrically conductive paste extending over two or more of the bottomed holes; and an insulating resin covering the electrically conductive paste at a side close to the first surface, and (ii) a plurality of light-emitting segments connected to a second surface of the board with an adhesive sheet interposed therebetween. The light-emitting segments each include a plurality of light-emitting devices that are aligned. The electrically conductive paste includes a portion disposed on a portion of a surface of the wiring pad extending over two or more of the bottomed holes.

Light bar, backlight assembly and display device

The present disclosure provides a light bar, a backlight assembly and a display device. The light bar includes a substrate; a first metal layer disposed on a first side of the substrate and comprising a plurality of first metal segments disposed at intervals along a length direction of the light bar; a second metal layer disposed on a second side opposite to the first side of the substrate and comprising a plurality of second metal segments disposed at intervals along the length direction of the light bar, a projection of the interval between two adjacent first metal segments on the substrate falls into projections of the second metal segments on the substrate, and a projection of the interval between two adjacent second metal segments on the substrate falls into projections of the first metal segments on the substrate.

Lighting apparatus

A lighting apparatus includes a wireless circuit board, a driver circuit board, a light source plate, a metal cover and a metal housing. The wireless circuit board is mounted with a wireless circuit. The wireless circuit has a first reference ground terminal. The driver circuit board is mounted with a driver circuit. The driver circuit has a second reference ground terminal. The light source plate is mounted with a LED module. The light source plate is placed on a top side of the metal cover. The first reference ground terminal and the second reference ground terminal are connected to the metal cover as a reference ground. The metal housing and a bottom side of the metal cover forms a container space for holding the driver circuit board and a first portion of the wireless circuit board.

Display device

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of display, and discloses a display device. The display device includes: a display module having a module body and a first bonding portion located on one side of a first long edge of the module body, where the first bonding portion is bent to the back face of the module body; and a first flexible printed circuit located on the back face of the module body, where the first flexible printed circuit has a second bonding portion, and the second bonding portion is fixedly connected to the first bonding portion of the display module; the length of the second bonding portion along an extending direction of the first long edge is substantially identical with the length of the first bonding portion along the extending direction of the first long edge.

Polyhedral LED display screen

A polyhedral LED display screen is provided and includes multiple cabinet main frames. Each the cabinet main frame is formed with an accommodating cavity. A side of each cabinet main frame is provided with a flexible PCB, an outer side of the flexible PCB facing away from the cabinet main frame is disposed with LED lamp beads, an inner side of the flexible PCB facing towards the cabinet main frame is magnetically connected to the cabinet main frame, and the cabinet main frames are connected to each other to form a regular dodecahedron sphere. The multiple cabinet main frames can be completely covered by the flexible PCBs, a missing display at an end point in the prior art is eliminated, design numbers and complexities of the cabinet main frames and the flexible PCBs are reduced, and an installation of the cabinet main frames becomes more convenient.

LED lighting element and method of manufacturing same

A lighting element is disclosed that provides a projection of light forming a substantially uniform bright light on a surface a known distance from the lighting element. The lighting elements includes a dome lens that is removably positioned on a light source, such that the light source is retained at a location within a focal length of a projection lens and at or within a focal length of the dome lens. The dome lens magnifies the light outputted by the light source, such that the projected light is brighter than the light generated by the light source.

Mouth Guard Having Internal Components For Sensing Impact Forces

A mouth guard senses impact forces and determines if the forces exceed an impact threshold. If so, the mouth guard notifies the user of the risk for injury by haptic feedback, vibratory feedback, and/or audible feedback. The mouth guard system may also remotely communicate the status of risk and the potential injury. The mouth guard uses a local memory device to store impact thresholds based on personal biometric information obtained from the user and compares the sensed forces relative to those threshold values. The mouth guard and its electrical components on the printed circuit board are custom manufactured for the user such that the mouth guard provides a comfortable and reliable fit, while ensuring exceptional performance.
