Electronic module

An electronic module includes a shunt resistor having one end that is connected to one end of a first ground wiring line and another end that is connected to another end of a second ground wiring line. Signal terminals are disposed to be close to the shunt resistor, the signal terminals including a first current detection terminal electrically connected to the one end of the shunt resistor, and a second current detection terminal disposed to be close to the shunt resistor and electrically connected to the other end of the shunt resistor. The shunt resistor is disposed to be close to a first side of a substrate along which the signal terminals are arranged.

Temperature measuring device

Provided is a temperature measuring device which includes: a flexible printed circuit board with wiring; a thermistor element; a heat collecting plate; and a pressing member. The flexible printed circuit board is configured to be attached to a case that is fixed to an object to be measured, the thermistor element is electrically connected to the wiring, the heat collecting plate is disposed on a side opposite to the thermistor element via the flexible printed circuit board so as to be pressed against a temperature measuring point in the object to be measured, and the pressing member is made of a foam material and is configured to be compressed when the case is fixed to the object to be measured and to press the heat collecting plate against the object to be measured.

An apparatus including an electrical source and a circuit board. The electrical source includes an outer shell including a receptacle, a battery arranged within the outer shell, and at least one electrical connector electrically connected to the battery and extending through the outer shell. The circuit board includes at least one circuit element and a mounting post. When the mounting post of the circuit board is received within the receptacle of the outer shell, the at least one electrical connector of the electrical source is electrically coupled to the at least one circuit element of the circuit board.

Solid state circuit breaker assembly

A solid state circuit breaker assembly includes a transistor, a transient voltage suppression device, and a circuit board. The transistor and/or the transient voltage suppression device may be electrically connected to the circuit board. The solid state circuit breaker module may be configured to be connected to one or more non-scalable modules to regulate current. The solid state circuit breaker module may be configured to receive one or more scalable modules. The transistor and/or the transient voltage suppression device may be disposed on the circuit board in a substantially symmetrical configuration.

Energy delivery devices with a flexible circuit. The energy delivery devices may be used in the treatment of human tissue, and the flexible circuit move or flex during use. The flexible circuit may include an electronic component and a trace connected with the electronic component. The trace may have a plurality of sections that provide parallel current paths over a portion of the trace. Alternatively, the flexible circuit may include a plurality of traces that are connected with the terminal of the electronic component to provide parallel current paths over their entire length to the terminal of the electronic component. These redundant parallel current paths improve device reliability.

The one connecting pad of the modulation element is electrically connected to the switch element sequentially through the first solder, the first electrode, and the second electrode.
