DISPLAY APPARATUS
A display apparatus includes a display area and a peripheral area located outside the display area, and further includes: a substrate, a plurality of first metal patterns arranged on the substrate along an edge of the substrate and arranged apart from each other in the peripheral area, an insulating layer disposed on the plurality of first metal patterns, and a common power supply layer disposed on the insulating layer in the peripheral area and electrically connected to the plurality of first metal patterns via a first contact hole defined in the insulating layer.
DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME
A display panel and a method of fabricating the same are provided. The display panel may include first and second regions connected to each other. When viewed in a plan view, the first and second regions may have a curved edge and a rectilinear edge, respectively. When viewed in a sectional view, a side surface of the first region may include a center region having a rectilinear shape and a side surface of the second region may include a center region having a curved shape. In some embodiments, the side surface of the first region has a first roughness, and a side surface of the second region has a second roughness that is smoother than the first roughness.

A display device including: a substrate element including a base layer, a circuit layer, and a device layer, the base layer forming a plane defined by a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to each other; an encapsulation element provided on the substrate element to seal the device layer; a sealing element provided along edges of the encapsulation element to connect the encapsulation and substrate elements to each other; an optical element provided on the encapsulation element; a window element provided on the substrate element; an adhesive element provided between the optical and window elements to connect the optical element to the window element; and a filling element provided between the window element and the substrate element, wherein the filling element is spaced apart from the optical element and the adhesive element, and is overlapped with the sealing element when viewed in a direction normal to the plane.
Display device
A display device includes a substrate including a display area and a peripheral area, a first insulating layer on the substrate, a first dam in the peripheral area and separated from the first insulating layer, an electrode power supply line on the substrate between the first insulating layer and the first dam, a protection conductive layer on the first insulating layer, extending over the electrode power supply line, electrically connected to the electrode power supply line, and including an uneven structure on an upper surface thereof, a pixel electrode on the first insulating layer, an opposite electrode on the pixel electrode, and contacting the protection conductive layer by extending to the peripheral area, and an encapsulation layer on the opposite electrode, and having a lower surface that contacts the upper surface of the protection conductive layer in a region where the protection conductive layer overlaps the electrode power supply line.
Organic light-emitting display apparatus
An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes a substrate having a display area displaying an image and a periphery area. The periphery area is located next to the display area. A first organic insulating layer is disposed on the substrate. The first organic insulating layer includes a valley portion separating the first organic insulating layer from the periphery area. A plurality of organic light-emitting devices is disposed on the substrate. Each of the organic light-emitting devices includes a first electrode, an emission layer, and a second electrode, sequentially disposed over the first organic insulating layer. The second electrode covers the emission layer and the valley portion. A second organic insulating layer is disposed over the first organic insulating layer and incudes a first opening exposing a center portion of the first electrode and a second opening overlapping the valley portion. A capping layer covers the second electrode.
Display panel and display apparatus including the same
A display panel and a display apparatus are provided. The display panel includes a display region and a non-display region surrounding the display region. The non-display region includes a step region, a left border and a right border that are adjacent to the step region, and an upper border arranged opposite to the step region. The left border, the right border, the upper border, and the step region surround the display region. The left border and the right border each include an encapsulation region. The encapsulation region includes a sealant and a reflective metal layer that are at least partially overlapped with each other. The step region includes a ground metal line, and the ground metal line is connected to the reflective metal layer through an electrostatic consumption resistance portion. The electrostatic consumption resistance portion includes a first electrostatic consumption resistance portion located at a gate metal layer.
Display device, method for forming a pattern and method for manufacturing display device
A display device includes a thin film transistor on a base substrate and a signal wiring electrically connected to the thin film transistor. The signal wiring includes a main conductive layer including copper, and a capping layer including titanium the capping layer overlapping a portion of an upper surface of the main conductive layer. The signal wiring has a taper angle in a range of about 70° to about 90°. A thickness of the capping layer is in a range of about 100 Å to about 300 Å, and a thickness of the main conductive layer is in a range of about 1,000 Å to about 20,000 Å.

A display device includes: a substrate including a display area configured to display images and a non-display area around the display area; a plurality of driving voltage lines in the display area; a plurality of initialization voltage lines in the display area; a plurality of driving voltage transmission lines in the non-display area and configured to transmit a driving voltage to the driving voltage line, and including a first driving voltage transmission line and a second driving voltage transmission line adjacent to each other; an initialization voltage transmission line in the non-display area and configured to transmit an initialization voltage to the initialization voltage line; and a bridge connecting the first driving voltage transmission line and the second driving voltage transmission line and overlapping the initialization voltage transmission line.
Display device, polarizing film and method for fabricating the polarizing film
A display device includes a display panel including a flat portion and a bending portion located at a side of the flat portion, an optical film attached on the flat portion of the display panel, and a bending protection layer covering at least a part of the bending portion and contacting one edge of the optical film. The edge of the optical film includes an upper surface, a lower surface and a side surface, the lower surface of the optical film faces an upper surface of the display panel, at least a part of the side surface of the optical film contacts the bending protection layer, and at least a part of the side surface of the optical film protrudes more, as closer to the upper side.
