A display device, an electronic device, or a lighting device that is unlikely to be broken is provided. A flexible first substrate and a flexible second substrate overlap with each other with a display element provided therebetween. A flexible third substrate is bonded on the outer surface of the first substrate, and a flexible fourth substrate is bonded on the outer surface of the second substrate. The third substrate is formed using a material softer than the first substrate, and the fourth substrate is formed using a material softer than the second substrate.

The display panel includes an array substrate, including a display area and a frame area surrounding the display area; a protrusion located in the frame area, the protrusion comprising a first side wall on a side close to the display area and a second side wall on a side away from the display area, at least one of the first side wall and the second side wall comprising a concave area; and an isolation layer stacked on one side of the array substrate and the protrusion, the protrusion being located in an orthographic projection of the isolation layer on the array substrate.

A display panel and a manufacturing method are provided. The present disclosure can reduce process steps of the display panel by disposing a first source electrode and a first drain electrode of a low temperature polysilicon thin film transistor and a second source electrode and a second drain electrode of an oxide thin film transistor in a same layer. Therefore, stability of the oxide thin film transistor can be improved, a channel length of the oxide thin film transistor can be shortened correspondingly, resolution of the display panel can be improved, and a thickness of the display panel can be reduced.

A manufacturing method of a display panel and the display panel are disclosed. The manufacturing method of the display panel generates electric fields between pixel electrode layers or between the pixel electrode layers and electrode layers. The electric fields have a horizontal component and a vertical component. The vertical component of the electric fields provides a force of depositing on the pixel electrode layers for charged groups in a material of light-emitting functional layers. Therefore, the method can prompt an ink of a light-emitting functional material to be deposited on the pixel electrode layers.
