The first data line and the second data line have an overlapping area therebetween. The at least one shielding line is configured to transmit a fixed voltage. The at least one shielding line constitutes a first capacitor with the first data line, and/or a second capacitor with the second data line.

A display panel and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The display panel includes a shielding layer, a thin film transistor device layer, and a first via hole and a second via hole disposed correspondingly, and a third via hole disposed in a bonding area. Specifically, each of the first via hole and the third via hole is a stair-step shaped hole. The first via hole, the second via hole, and the third via hole are etched through a same etching process. Only one-time mask process is required, which saves number of masks and lowers the production cost.

The plurality of touch electrodes are disposed on the display layer to sense a touch and surround the plurality of light emission areas. The light-shield is disposed on a portion of the plurality of touch electrodes. The code pattern is determined by a planar shape of the light-shield to have position information. The light-shield absorbs light of a specific wavelength, and another portion of the touch electrodes, which is not overlapped with the light-shield, reflects light of the specific wavelength.
