DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device includes a first display area including a plurality of first pixel areas, a second display area including a plurality of second pixel areas and a plurality of transmission areas, a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix form in the first and second display areas, and a first signal line and a second signal line disposed to correspond to each pixel column in the plurality of pixels. In each pixel column, one of the first and second signal lines may extend over the first and second display areas, and a remaining one of the first and second signal lines may not be disposed in the second display area.
Double-sided organic light emitting diode (OLED) display panel and manufacturing method
A double-sided organic light emitting diode (OLED) display panel is disclosed and includes a plurality of sub-pixels each of which has a top emission region and a bottom emission region. The top emission region has a first anode metal layer, a first OLED device layer, a first cathode metal layer, and an organic barrier layer. The bottom emission region has a second anode metal layer, a second OLED device layer, and a second cathode metal layer. The present invention can reduce an overall thickness of the double-sided OLED display panel.
INFORMATION TERMINAL
An information terminal capable of automatically adjusting the brightness of a display portion in accordance with bending of the display portion is provided. The information terminal includes a display portion that includes a first pixel, a second pixel, and a sensor element. The first pixel includes a liquid crystal element. The second pixel includes a light-emitting element. The sensor element includes a first bend sensor whose resistance is changed in accordance with bending of the display portion in a convex direction and a second bend sensor whose resistance is changed in accordance with bending of the display portion in a concave direction. The luminance of the light-emitting element is controlled in accordance with an output of the sensor element.
AMOLED double-side display
An AMOLED doubled-sided display includes an OLED array layer that includes a plurality of top-emitting OLED units and a plurality of bottom-emitting OLED units arranged alternate with each other to form an array. Each of the top-emitting OLD units and the bottom-emitting OLED units has different thickness for respective anodes and cathodes, to realize the top-emitting characteristics of the top-emitting OLED units and the bottom-emitting characteristics of the bottom-emitting OLED units. As such, by designing an algorithm for a single IC to control image displaying, only a display panel and a control IC are sufficient to achieve double-sided displaying, and ensure an observer standing in front of the display panel will not see mirrored image or directional distorted image, as well as achieve low-cost and quality display result.
DUAL-SIDED DISPLAYS
In example implementations, a display is provided. The display includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion includes a first plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs) that emit light in a first direction. The second portion includes a combination of the first plurality of LEDs that emit light in the first direction and a second plurality of LEDs that emit light in a second direction that is opposite the first direction to form a dual-sided display.

Display device
A foldable display device includes: a first substrate, a first thin-film transistor layer on the first substrate, a light emitting element layer on the first thin-film transistor layer, and a fingerprint sensor layer to receive light reflected by an external object. The fingerprint sensor layer includes: a second substrate under the first substrate, a second thin-film transistor layer under the second substrate, and a light receiving element layer under the second thin-film transistor layer.
FULL-SCREEN IMAGE DISPLAY AND OPTICAL ASSEMBLY THEREOF
A full-screen image display and an optical assembly thereof are provided. The full-screen image display includes a first display module and a second display module. The first display module is an organic LED display, a liquid crystal display or an LED display for providing a first image, and the second display module is an LED display for providing a second image. The first display module and the second display module are adjacent or connected to each other, and the first image and the second image are combined to form a continuous image. The second display module includes a circuit substrate, an image display unit disposed on the circuit substrate, and a plurality of electronic units disposed on the circuit substrate. The image display unit includes a plurality of LED chips disposed on the circuit substrate, and the second image is provided by the LED chips.
PORTABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND FULL-SCREEN IMAGE DISPLAY THEREOF
A portable electronic device and a full-screen image display thereof are provided. The full-screen image display includes a first display module and a second display module. The first display module is an organic LED display, a liquid crystal display or an LED display for providing a first image, and the second display module is an LED display for providing a second image. The first display module and the second display module are adjacent or connected to each other, and the first image and the second image are combined to form a continuous image. The second display module includes a circuit substrate, an image display unit disposed on the circuit substrate, and a plurality of electronic units disposed on the circuit substrate. The image display unit includes a plurality of LED chips disposed on the circuit substrate, and the second image is provided by the LED chips.
DOUBLED-SIDE DISPLAY DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention provides a double-sided display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The double-sided display includes an array substrate, an organic light-emitting functional layer, and a semi-transparent semi-reflective electrode arranged in sequence, and a liquid crystal cell disposed on a side of the semi-transparent semi-reflective electrode close to the organic light-emitting functional layer. One part of light emitted by the organic light-emitting functional layer penetrates through the semi-transparent semi-reflective electrode to display on one side of the double-sided display device, and the other part of the light is reflected toward the liquid crystal unit by the semi-transparent semi-reflective electrode to display on the other side of the double-sided display.
