WAFER COATING DEVICE AND FACE-DOWN TYPE WAFER CARRYING ASSEMBLY THEREOF
A wafer coating device and a face-down type wafer carrying assembly thereof are provided. The face-down type wafer carrying assembly includes a magnetic force generating module, a temperature control module, and a magnetizable module. The temperature control module is adjacent to the magnetic force generating module. The magnetizable module is disposed on the temperature control module. The magnetizable module includes a high-temperature magnetizable metal plate disposed on the temperature control module. When at least one wafer is temporarily adhered to the adhesive bottom surface of the high-temperature adhesive layer, a prepared surface of the at least one wafer can face downwardly by adhering of the adhesive bottom surface of the high-temperature adhesive layer, so that the face-down type wafer carrying assembly can be applied to solve the problem that the prepared surface of the wafer would be dirtied by falling particles due to gravity.
DEBRIS COLLECTION TOOL
A debris collection tool includes a mandrel having a longitudinal flowbore therethrough and an inner sleeve disposed around the mandrel. A first array of magnets is arranged on the inner sleeve. A second array of magnets is disposed around the inner sleeve. The first array of magnets is moveable with respect to the second array of magnets. The debris collection tool further includes an adaptor sleeve concentric with the mandrel and a linkage coupling the adaptor sleeve with the inner sleeve.

Electric permanent magnet chuck
An electric permanent magnet chuck, comprising a casing (1), the casing being provided thereon with at least one open inner cavity; reversible magnetic material (2) is provided at a lower portion of the inner cavity, and a coil (3) is arranged in the inner cavity along an outer wall of the reversible magnetic material; a magnetic pole (4) is superposed and fixed in the inner cavity, an annular groove being provided at a lower surface of the magnetic pole, and permanent magnetic material (5) that matches the annular groove being disposed in the annular groove. The electric permanent magnet chuck has the advantages of a simple structure, low processing difficulty, good sealing performance, small magnetic loss and so on.

A magnet assembly for a debris collection tool includes first and second annular end bands, between which is disposed an annular arrangement of magnets. The magnet assembly includes a plurality of bridges, each bridge disposed between the first and second annular end bands and between circumferentially adjacent magnets of the annular arrangement of magnets. The first and second annular end bands are substantially of a non-magnetic material, and the bridges are substantially of a magnetic material.
Debris collection tool
A magnet assembly for a debris collection tool includes first and second annular end bands, between which is disposed an annular arrangement of magnets. The magnet assembly includes a plurality of bridges, each bridge disposed between the first and second annular end bands and between circumferentially adjacent magnets of the annular arrangement of magnets. The first and second annular end bands are substantially of a non-magnetic material, and the bridges are substantially of a magnetic material.
