A magnet has a circular cylinder or circular tube shape and contains magnetic crystal grains, wherein an orientation of magnetization of the magnet is in a direction perpendicular to an axis of the circular cylinder or the circular tube, and directions of axes of easy magnetization of the magnetic crystal grains are isotropic.
Linearly actuated magnetic coupling device
The present disclosure relates to magnetic coupling devices. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to magnetic coupling devices configured to be linearly actuated and de-actuated.
Magnetic collet
Provided is a magnetic collet. The magnetic collet includes adsorption rubber including a plurality of individual holes passing therethrough from a contact surface, which is one surface of the adsorption rubber, coming into contact with a semiconductor chip to the other surface thereof, and a metal plate including a common hole which passes therethrough from one surface of the metal plate to the other surface thereof and provides a common passage connected to the individual holes and stacked on the adsorption rubber.
MAGNETIC COUPLING DEVICE
A magnetic device for magnetically coupling to a ferromagnetic body, comprises a housing having a central bore. A plurality of pole sectors arranged within an envelope of the central bore and forming a workpiece contact interface of the magnetic device, each of the plurality of pole sectors comprising a plurality of spaced-apart pole portions arranged at respective distances, wherein a recess of a plurality of recesses separates each pole portion of the plurality of pole portions, wherein a first sector forms a first pole of the magnetic device and a second sector forms a second pole of the magnetic device. A first permanent magnet. A second permanent being moveable relative to the first permanent magnet. And, an actuator operatively coupled to the at least one second permanent magnet to move the at least one second permanent magnet relative to the at least one first permanent magnet.
Magnetic mat device
The present invention relates generally to the field of floor mats. More specifically, the present invention relates to a magnetic mat device that prevents a user from wasting excessive amounts of time searching for nuts, bolts, screws, sockets, or other parts that fall onto the floor while working. The device is primarily comprised of a body, further comprised of a top layer, a middle layer, further comprised of at least one magnet, and a bottom layer. Further, the top layer is comprised of a top surface that helps prevent against slips as well as stains from oils and other liquids. Further, the bottom surface is comprised of protrusions that prevent the device from sliding on the floor. The device is also comprised of a side surface comprised of at least one magnet to attach multiple devices together to encompass any size workstation.
SWITCHABLE MAGNETIC APPARATUS WITH REDUCED SWITCHING FORCE AND METHODS THEREOF
A switchable magnetic apparatus has a first layer having one or more first-layer magnets, a second layer on a rear side of the first layer and having one or more second-layer magnets, and a third layer on a rear side of the second layer. The first and second layers are movable relative to each other between an ON position and an OFF position for switching the apparatus between an ON state and an OFF state. The third layer has one or more third-layer magnets for applying a first force to the one or more second-layer magnets when the second layer is at a position intermediate the ON and OFF positions, and the first force is at a direction opposite to a second force applied to the one or more second-layer magnets by the first-layer magnets when the second layer is at the position intermediate the ON and OFF positions.
Hand tool for attracting and releasing magnetically attractable items
A handheld magnetic tool includes a body having a top arm and a bottom arm connected via a spring, the spring allows the top arm and the bottom arm to open and close; a magnet holder secured to a first end of the top arm; a first magnet secured to the magnet holder; a plate secured to a first end of the bottom arm to close against the first magnet; the first magnet attracts metal items to be secured to a bottom surface of the plate; and opening the top arm from the bottom arm separates the first magnet from the plate, thereby allowing the metal items to release from the plate.
ELECTROMAGNETIC CHUCK MOUNTING STRUCTURE
Provided is an electromagnetic chuck mounting structure capable of tightly and fixedly mounting an electromagnetic chuck on a table without fluctuation, having light weight, and making a low profile when an electromagnetic chuck is mounted on the table. The structure includes: a mounting groove recessed on an upper surface of the table and located inward of an edge of the table; a plurality of mounting holes formed at regular intervals on the mounting groove to fix the electromagnetic chucks to be mounted; and an adhesive filled and cured on the mounting groove and between the mounted electromagnetic chucks, wherein each of the electromagnetic chucks is fixedly fastened to each of the mounting holes by one fastening bolt, such that an upper surface of each electromagnetic chuck is aligned on a same plane with the upper surface of the table or protrudes from the upper surface of the table.
RELEASE LEVER FOR MAGNETIC TOOL WITH ALIGNMENT INSERT ELEMENT
A magnetic hand tool and method of assembly for manipulated conveyance over a surface for magnetic collection of ferrous articles, by which procedure a quick-release cap is used to release any and all collected ferrous material. This tool utilizes an alignment insert in a central opening of the magnet to coaxially align fastener guide holes through polar plates or protective covers on opposing planar sides of the magnet and a fastener guide hole in the insert, whereby insertion of the fastener through the guide holes laterally aligns the components of the assembly.
The invention is the release device/cap, that is part of the assembly by means of a self-adhering or hinged cap with a lip, square, circular or other shape, to aid in the separation of ferrous material from the magnetic tool by pushing away the cap from the magnetic hand tool by holding the lip for that purpose. The divots make it that the release lever device/cap is held onto the magnetic hand tool assembly. The separation allows for the ferrous material to fall in the drop collection box by ways of gravitational pull.
Rigid magnetic tag line safety tool
A rigid magnetic tag line safety tool is an apparatus that allows a user to guide and connect to a steel plate as it is placed onto or removed from a trench. The rigid magnetic tag line safety tool includes a handle bar, an electrically insulative shaft, a universal joint, a stator, and a magnetized rotor. The handle bar allows a user to grip the apparatus. The handle bar is positioned perpendicular to the electrically insulative shaft and is mounted adjacent to the first shaft end. The electrically insulative shaft distances the user from the steel plate. The stator is pivotably mounted to the second shaft end by the universal joint such that the present invention is not hindered by the varied path of a steel plate being positioned onto or removed from a trench. The magnetized rotor is rotatably mounted to the stator and attaches to the steel plate.
