A solenoid valve includes a solenoid including a guide, a mover that moves in an axial direction radially inside the guide, a yoke made of a magnetic material and disposed on one axial side of the mover, a magnet on one axial side of the yoke, an elastic body that applies an elastic force to the mover in the direction away from the magnet, a cover made of a magnetic material, a pin which moves as the mover moves, and a valve that is opened and closed as the mover and the pin move. The cover includes a cylinder surrounding the radial outside of the solenoid, a first wall on the other axial side of the solenoid, and a second wall that covers one axial side of the magnet.

When the coil is energised, a magnetic field is generated and passes through the magnet and a magnetisable conductive body adjacent to the magnet, such that a displaceable magnetisable armature portion can be brought from one position into another position. The coil has a plurality of outer portions each having an associated outer dimension of the outer portion. The magnet completely covers an outer portion of the coil by a magnet side. Two further outer portions of the coil are not covered by the magnet or are not covered by more than 20% of an outer dimension of the further outer portion, or wherein, in the case a single further outer portion covered by the magnet, the outer portion is not covered by more than 70%.

The invention relates to a method for producing an electromagnetic valve assembly (10), a planar metal sheet (12), which has through-slots (16) extending parallel to a longitudinal axis (14) of the sheet, and a disc (18), which has disc projections (22) that are complementary in shape to the through-slots (16), being provided, the disc projections (22) being engaged with the through-slots (16), and a coil housing (38) then being formed by the planar metal sheet (12) being shaped by non-overlapping roller-deforming along the longitudinal axis (14) of the sheet, around a circumference (20) of the disc (18). The invention further relates to an electromagnetic valve assembly (10) which has been produced in particular by means of such a method.

The width W of the notch is set on the basis of a target attraction force for attracting a plunger, the attraction force increasing with an increase in the width W, and the length L of the notch is greater than or equal to a prescribed length Ld where the attraction force increasing with an increase in the length L becomes constant at the target attraction force in the set width W irrespective of an increase in the length L.

Wherein the main body portion includes a bobbin, a fixed iron core, a magnetic conductive portion, a coil and an outer case. The outer case covers the bobbin, the fixed iron core, the magnetic conductive portion, and the coil. The movable iron core is movable relative to the fixed iron core, and the lower cover is disposed in the valve portion. A left side surface of the upper cover is fixed at the valve portion and the lower cover, and a right side surface of the upper covers is fixed at the main body portion. The solenoid valve has stable size and stable operation, and can quickly cut off the air pressure, and the control effect is good.
