An electromagnetic actuator includes an electromagnetic coil, a yoke serving as a magnetic path of a magnetic flux of the electromagnetic coil, an armature configured to move in an axial direction while being attracted by the yoke by energization of the electromagnetic coil, and a housing that houses the armature. The armature and the housing are coupled to each other by an engagement structure in which protrusions provided on one of the members engage with engagement grooves formed in the other one of the members. At least a part of the engagement groove is inclined with respect to the axial direction. When the armature moves while being attracted by the yoke, the protrusions of the armature slide along the engagement grooves of the housing, and the armature turns relative to the housing along the inclination of the engagement grooves.

The magnetic flux passage restricting portion is configured to restrict passage of the magnetic flux between the slide core and the magnetic attraction core. A second magnetic flux transmitting portion is configured to transmit the magnetic flux between the magnetic attraction core and the side wall. An elastic member is arranged in contact with an end surface of the magnetic attraction core and is configured to bias the stator core toward the bottom.

The device includes an electromagnetic coil including a central recess extending in an axial direction, a cylindrical pole tube inserted into the central recess and provided with a magnetic separation point, an armature situated displaceably in the pole tube, the armature being movable by an actuation of the electromagnetic coil, the armature being mounted in the pole tube in a sleeve-shaped bearing foil inserted into the pole tube, the bearing foil including an inner side facing toward the armature and used as a sliding surface and an outer side facing toward the cylindrical pole tube. It is provided that the bearing foil is coated at least on the inner side using a first layer made of perfluoroalkoxy polymer. A manufacturing method for such an electromagnetic actuating device is also described.

On or in the coil-form wall, the coil form has a longitudinal channel extending along the longitudinal direction of the coil form, by which a flow connection is created between the armature end faces.

The electromagnet is intended to maintain pretensioning force of fastening by a force acting on a yoke over intended operating time under changing operating temperatures. The yoke encloses an armature that is provided with a flange, which conducts magnetic flux from a housing to the armature, the housing being connected on the one hand to a flange of the yoke and on the other hand to a core flange in a material-bonding manner by welding. The electromagnet can be used for actuation of valves, couplings or other electromechanical adjusting elements.
