Solenoid with no metal-to-metal wear couples in default position
A solenoid actuator includes a housing assembly, a bobbin assembly, a coil, an armature, an actuation rod, a guide ring, a lower spring guide, an upper spring guide, and a spring. The actuation rod is fixedly coupled to the armature, and the guide ring, the lower spring guide, the upper spring guide, and the anti-rotation structure all comprise a non-metallic material.
Actuator
An electromechanical actuator device comprises a fixed part, a first movable part and a second movable part each arranged to move with respect to the fixed part along an actuation direction. A conductive coil (20) is wrapped around a core (28) and is housed within the fixed part (4). The first movable part (6) is coupled to the fixed part (4) by at least one restorative component (10) such that, in a working position, the first movable part (6) is separated from the fixed part (4) along the actuation direction (22) by a first actuation distance (d1). The second movable part (8) is coupled to the first movable part (6) by at least restorative component (16) such that, in the working position, the second movable part (8) is separated from the first movable part (6) along the actuation direction (22) by a second actuation distance (d2).
SOLENOID VALVE
A solenoid valve having a movable valve element (5) that is movable by an electromagnet (10), wherein the electromagnet (10) has a magnet pot (13) having a recess (14) in which a solenoid coil (12) fixed on a coil body (11) is arranged. A sealing element (15) is arranged on the coil body (11) or a sealing body (17) fixedly connected to the coil body (11), which sealing element seals the recess (14) of the magnet pot (13) from the outside.
Hermetically sealed stator coil
A stator coil assembly is provided comprising: a stator having a stator core; a cover positioned within the stator core; a top section coupled to the cover to define an interior region, the top section including a pair of protrusions, each protrusion having a bore extending therethrough; a bobbin disposed within the interior region; a plurality of coil windings wrapped around the bobbin; a pair of lead wires, each lead wire extending through a corresponding protrusion bore and connecting to the coil windings within the interior region; and a pair of hermetic seals, each hermetic seal surrounding a corresponding lead wire within a protrusion bore to hermetically seal the interior region.
Valve assembly having electrical actuator with balanced stator
A valve assembly for a pump includes an electrical actuator having a stator and an armature.
