The contact surfaces, in a closed rotary position (S1) of the rotary switch body (23), are in touching contact with the feed line connection (20) and with the discharge line connection (21). In an open rotary position (S2) of the rotary switch body (23), the contact surfaces are each spaced with respect to the feed line connection (20) and with the discharge line connection (21). The residual load disconnector switch (1) is rotationally limited in one rotational direction for performing switching movements and can be actuated unidirectionally and cyclically.
A LOW VOLTAGE SWITCHING DEVICE
A low voltage switching device including: one or more electric poles having one or more movable contacts and corresponding fixed contacts adapted to be coupled to or uncoupled from each other, a movable contact assembly including the mobile contacts and a main supporting and operating shaft reversibly movable between a first contact position, at which the movable contacts and the fixed contacts are uncoupled, a second contact position, at which the movable contacts and the fixed contacts are coupled, and a third contact position, at which the movable contacts and the fixed contacts are coupled and kept pressed; an operating assembly including a handle mechanism having a handle adapted to be reversibly moved by a user or a motor operated actuator (MOE) between a first, open, position and a second, closed, position; a driving assembly operatively connected to the operating assembly and to the movable contact assembly and including a kinematic chain and at least a driving spring, the driving assembly reversibly moving the movable contact assembly following a movement of the operating assembly from the open position to the closed position, and vice-versa. In the low voltage switching device the driving assembly includes a latching mechanism which is operatively coupled to the operating assembly and to the movable contact assembly, the latching mechanism interacting with the movable contact assembly and latching it in the first contact position during a first phase of the movement of the operating assembly between the first, open, position and the second, closed position, then unlatching the movable contact assembly when the operating assembly is in an intermediate position between the first, open, position and the second, closed position, thereby allowing the quick passage of the movable contact assembly from the first contact position to the third contact position in which the movable contacts and the fixed contacts are coupled and kept pressed.
Electrical switch
The electrical switch includes a first and a second fixed contact, and a rotatable knife contact including at least one pair of blades being flexibly connected to each other and rotating around a rotational axis. A third fixed contact is positioned on an opposite side of the rotational axis in relation to the adjacent first and second fixed contact and a middle portion of the rotatable knife contact is electrically connected to the third fixed contact. The rotatable knife contact connects in a first switching position the first fixed contact and in a second switching position the second fixed contact to the third fixed contact.
Electrical switch

A third fixed contact is positioned on an opposite side of the rotational axis in relation to the adjacent first and second fixed contact and a middle portion of the rotatable knife contact is electrically connected to the third fixed contact. The rotatable knife contact connects in a first switching position the first fixed contact and in a second switching position the second fixed contact to the third fixed contact.
Change-over switch
A change-over switch including a frame having a first side wall and a second side wall, a first supply terminal, a second supply terminal, a load terminal, and at least one gas flow opening for discharging gasses from the frame. The second side wall faces substantially opposite direction relative to the first side wall. The change-over switch is adapted to selectively provide a first connection between the first supply terminal and the load terminal, and a second connection between the second supply terminal and the load terminal. The first supply terminal and the second supply terminal project from the first side wall, and the load terminal projects from the second side wall. The at least one gas flow opening is formed in the second side wall.
Electrical contact system
An electrical contact system includes a pair of static contacts, a rotatable member disposed between the static contacts and rotatable about a rotation axis between a first position and a second position, and a movable contact mounted on and rotated with the rotatable member. A pair of opposite ends of the movable contact are in electrical contact with the static contacts when the rotatable member is rotated to the first position. The ends of the movable contact are separated from the static contacts when the rotatable member is rotated to the second position. The movable contact has a Z-shape and is slidably mounted on the rotatable member. The movable contact slides under a pushing force from a first static contact of the static contacts toward a second static contact of the static contacts to be in electrical contact with the second static contact.
