The first fixed contact (111) and the first movable contact (121) come into contact and the second fixed contact (211) and the second movable contact (221) come into contact to turn on the switch. A magnet (320) is installed between the first switch (100) and the second switch (200).

Electrical pushbutton snap switch

An electrical snap on switch includes a pair of associated contact elements, the contact elements include a fixed contact element and a movable contact element arranged facing the fixed contact element and that may come into contact with the fixed contact element for establishing a first conductive path. The snap on switch may also include a snap-action switching device that includes a tilting driving member pivotally mounted around a horizontal axis between an upper position and a lower position. The movable contact element is a movable portion of an elastically deformable conductive blade. The driving member includes a cam, which cooperates with a cam follower portion of the blade to deform or relax the blade, to cause the movable contact to come into contact, or out of contact, with the fixed contact element, therefore to realize switching.

A contact mechanism includes: a movable touch piece that includes a caulking portion, a pair of arms forked from the caulking portion and respectively having free ends, first and second movable contacts provided at the respective free ends of the pair of arms, and a coupler configured to couple the free ends of the pair of arms; and first and second fixed contacts disposed respectively facing the first and second movable contacts contactably to or separably from the first and second movable contacts.

TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE PELLET TYPE THERMAL FUSE

A temperature-sensitive pellet type thermal fuse having a cylindrical metal case (10) with one end electrically connected to a first lead (L1) and a second lead (L2) installed on the other end via an insulating bushing (50). A temperature-sensitive pellet (30) on a spring (13) is in an inner space (S1) of the case (10). A switch terminal (40) has an upper surface (42) electrically connected to the second lead (L2) by an elastic force of the spring (13). A contact terminal piece (41) extends from the upper surface (42) to contact the inner wall surface (11) of the case 10. An activating member operates when the temperature-sensitive pellet (30) is reduced in height to a predetermined level or less, and releases contact between the contact terminal piece (41) and the case (10) to cut off an electrical connection between the first lead (L1) and the second lead (L2).

Protection device

A protection device comprises a resin base, PTC component, bimetal component, arm and upper plate which are housed in a resin housing wherein the base includes a terminal integrated with the base by insert molding.
