20240071696 · 2024-02-29 · ·

An electronic device includes a first plate spring, a second plate spring and a substrate. The first plate spring extends in a first direction from a fixed end. The second plate spring branches off from the first plate spring and extends in the first direction beyond a tip of the first plate spring in the first direction. The substrate has an electrode that contacts the second plate spring accompanied by the first plate spring being pushed by a pushbutton switch being pushed. The substrate does not contact the first plate spring. The second plate spring has a tip part. In a plan view in a push direction of the switch, the tip part extends, at a point beyond the tip of the first plate spring, in a second direction different from the first direction to overlap the substrate. The tip part contacts the electrode by the switch being pushed.

A switch device and a cooking device having a switch device. The switch device may include a first switch configured to be opened or closed based on contact or non-contact between the first blade and the second blade; a second switch configured to be opened and closed based on contact or non-contact between the third blade and the fourth blade; a housing that accommodates the first switch and the second switch therein; and an actuator disposed in the housing and actuated to selectively open and close the first switch and the second switch. The first switch and the second switch may be fixedly supported by a support structure disposed on a same plane as a mounting plane for the actuator and may be positioned in a single inner space.

START SWITCH FOR SINGLE-PHASE ROTATING ELECTRIC MACHINE AND ELECTRIC MACHINE USING SAME

The present invention relates to a start switch or contact point (10) for rotating electric machines with single-phase power supply, having a base (100) bearing actuating arms (200) carrying conductive blades (300). The actuating arms (200) are independent and one-piece, each one carrying at least one conductive blade (300) and being pressed against a stop (210) by a resilient element (400), also including a sliding surface (230) with a friction-reduction region (235). The present invention also relates to an electric machine provided with a corresponding start switch or contact point.

A key switch implements a receiving switch conductor and transmitting switch conductor in the key switch. Depressing the key switch will cause the receiving switch conductor and transmitting switch conductor to approach each other. The approach of a finger and movement of the key switch can be detected using the receiving switch conductor and the transmitting switch conductor.

Electrical contact assembly

An electrical contact assembly including an elongate stud having a coupling end and an opposing butt end, the butt end having a recess formed therein, the recess having a head portion and a shank portion defining a shoulder at a juncture therebetween, the head portion bounded by a collar and having a diameter that is larger than a diameter of the shank portion, and a contact pad having a head and a shank, the head having a top surface and a bottom surface with a tapered sidewall extending therebetween, the shank extending from the bottom surface of the head and having a diameter that is smaller than a diameter of the bottom surface, wherein the contact pad is disposed within the recess with the bottom surface of the head disposed on the shoulder and with the collar extending over and engaging the angled sidewall of the head.

A contact for an electrical switch has a first spring with an upper side and an opposite lower side, a second spring layered on the lower side, and a contact element located on the upper side and bonded to the second spring.

Switch device

A switch device includes a housing, an operating member, a fixed contact, and a moving contact. The moving contact is, while being in contact with the fixed contact, urged toward the fixed contact so as to be in elastic contact with the fixed contact. The fixed contact includes a plate portion and is held by the housing with a space on one surface side of the plate portion. The moving contact includes a first extended portion that extends so as to intersect the plate portion. When the moving contact and the fixed contact are in contact with each other, the first extended portion intersects the plate portion while being inclined relative to the plate portion, and the first extended portion is in elastic contact with a corner portion on a one surface side of an edge of the plate portion.
