20200258695 · 2020-08-13 ·

A safety switch arrangement with a safety switch and an actuator associated with it. Moreover, a locking unit is provided for, by means of which the actuator is locked in a latched position. The safety switch has an auxiliary unlocking unit that has a mechanically actuatable actuating element. An actuation of the actuating element is implemented only with a transmission element as a positioning movement for the locking unit.

MECHANICAL LOCKOUT FOR NON-MECHANICAL-INTERFACING ELECTRONIC SWITCH

A non-mechanical-interfacing electronic switch or a mechanical-interfacing electronic switch are controlled to modulate between an active state and an inactive state based on electronic action. The switch includes an aperture defining an opening in a housing, and the opening defines an insertion path. A transmitter transmits a signal to a receiver along a signal path. To control the non-mechanical-interfacing electronic switch, a mechanical lockout device having a protrusion is inserted through the opening of the aperture along the insertion path. To control the mechanical-interfacing electronic switch, a mechanical control part have a protrusion is moveable to interrupt the signal. Methods of locking the non-mechanical-interfacing electronic switch with the mechanical lockout device as well as methods of locking the mechanical control part of the mechanical interfacing electronic switch with the mechanical lockout device are also provided.

Locking/unlocking structure of a pushbutton switch actuator

A locking/unlocking structure of switch device includes a main body and an operation button. The main body is formed with a first stop section and a second stop section. The main body defines a chamber, in which a reaction drum and a wire connection module are assembled. A first elastic unit is disposed between the reaction drum and the main body for making the reaction drum positioned in an initial assembling position, (where the wire connection module is in a closed-circuit state). The reaction drum is assembled with a restriction unit and a second elastic unit. When the reaction drum moves in response to the motion of the operation button, the second elastic unit will force the restriction unit to move from the first stop section to the second stop section so as to control the wire connection module into an open-circuit state.

Safety Switch

A safety switch prevents incoincidence of contacts from occurring. The safety switch 1 is structured so as to switch the contact by cooperation of an actuator 3 and a switch bod 2. The switch body 2 includes an operating cam 21 and a locking cam 22 that are adapted to rotate by insertion of the actuator 3, an operating rod 26 that switches the contact according to rotation of the operating cam 21, and a locking lever 29 that is provided movably toward and away from the locking cam 22 such that the locking lever 29 takes a lock position IV in which it locks rotation of the locking cam 22 and an unlock position I in which it unlocks a lock state of the locking cam 22. The locking lever 29 includes a bulge 29f that protrudes toward the locking cam 22 at a portion of its cam contact surface. The cam contact surface is adapted to contact the locking cam 22 when the actuator 3 moves in a drawing-out direction in an intermediate position between the lock position IV and the unlock position I.

A kitchen appliance, including at least one kitchen appliance base and at least one preparation module is provided. The kitchen appliance base includes at least one electrical interface and at least one receiving region. The preparation module includes at least one electrical counter-interface for electrical contacting with the electrical interface. The electrical interface includes at least two power contacts and at least one auxiliary contact. The electrical counter-interface includes at least two power counter-contacts and at least one auxiliary counter-contact. In the kitchen appliance, the insertion forces for the electrical contacting for the user are reduced, are realized by the power contacts and the power counter-contacts, as well as the auxiliary contact and the auxiliary counter-contact being designed and configured such that the power contacts are electrically contacted with the power counter-contacts at a different point in time than is the auxiliary contact with the auxiliary counter-contact.

LATCH BOLT AND STRIKE PLATE WITH ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR

A door latch includes a latch bolt and strike plate capable of transferring electricity therebetween. The latch bolt and strike plate may each include one or more complementary electrical leads such that electrical power and/or electrical signals may flow between the complementary electrical leads, when the electrical leads are in contact with one another.

SAFETY SWITCH FOR GUARDING ACCESSES
20240153723 · 2024-05-09 ·

A safety switch comprises a switching device (2) and a driving device (3), wherein the switching device houses locking/releasing means (23) of the driving device (3) to prevent unauthorized opening of the access. The driving device (3) comprises an interaction element (17) adapted to interact with the locking/releasing means (23), these latter being provided with a locking pin (24) movable between an inoperative unlocking position and an operative locking position, the interaction element (17) being provided with a seat (25) for the insertion of one end of the locking pin (24). The locking/releasing means (23) comprises a locking element (40) adapted to translate to engage the interaction element (17) in a locking position wherein the interaction element (17) is locked on the switching device (2) and in a holding position wherein the interaction element (17) is removable.
