An electromagnetic relay including: an electromagnet; an armature that swings by energization and non-energization of the electromagnet; a first fixed terminal on which a first fixed contact is mounted; a first movable spring on which a first movable contact opposite to the first fixed contact is mounted, and that is fixed to the armature; a second movable spring that moves along with the first movable spring in response to the swinging of the armature; and an elastic member that is mounted on at least one of the first movable spring and the second movable spring, and is disposed between the first movable spring and the second movable spring.

An electromagnetic relay including: an electromagnet; a movable spring having a movable contact; a first terminal to which one end of the movable spring is connected; a second terminal having a fixed contact opposite to the movable contact; an actuator that rotates by excitation of the electromagnet, rotates the movable spring, and causes the movable contact to come in contact with the fixed contact or to separate from the fixed contact; a nonmagnetic card to be attached to the actuator; a plurality of magnetic members that sandwich the movable contact and the fixed contact, and apply a magnetic flux to the movable contact and the fixed contact to extend an arc; and a permanent magnet attached between the magnetic members.

An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed contact portion including a fixed contact; a movable contact portion including a movable contact that contacts the fixed contact; and an electromagnetic device that operates the movable contact portion so that the movable contact contacts the fixed contact, and includes an armature that adsorbs to a magnetic core surface of the electromagnetic device and operates the movable contact portion by rotating with respect to a fulcrum, a hinge spring that pushes a part of the armature at an opposite side of the magnetic core surface while interposing the fulcrum therebetween so that the armature moves away from the magnetic core surface, and a fixed member that fixes an end portion of the hinge spring while having outside of a side surface of the armature as a fixed position, and wherein the fixed member is configured to fix the end portion of the hinge spring by moving the hinge spring from an upper side to a lower side of the armature, when attaching the hinge spring.

An electromagnetic relay includes: a first member integrally including a first horizontal portion to which an armature is fixed, a vertical portion to which a yoke is fixed, a hinge spring connected between the vertical portion and the first horizontal portion, a spring arm including a pair of movable contacts, and a pair of first terminals extended downward from the vertical portion; a second member integrally including a front plate portion extended in front of an electromagnet in a vertical direction, a second horizontal portion including a pair of fixed contacts opposed to the movable contacts, and a pair of second terminals extended downward from the front plate portion; a pair of permanent magnets that sandwich the movable contacts and the fixed contacts in a right-to-left direction and that is not opposed to the electromagnet; and a cover including accommodating portions accommodating the permanent magnets.
Short circuit current-resistant and arc-extinguishing DC relay
A DC relay for anti-short circuit current and arc extinction includes two static contact leading-out ends, a movable contact piece in a straight sheet type, a pushing rod assembly, a fixed upper yoke, a follow-up yoke and a lower armature. The fixed upper yoke is fixed above the movable contact piece, corresponding to a position between the two movable contacts. The follow-up upper yoke is fixed on the pushing rod assembly, above the movable contact piece, corresponding to a position between the two movable contacts. The lower armature is fixed on a bottom end face of the movable contact piece. The fixed upper yoke, the follow-up upper yoke and the lower armature are respectively arranged in a width direction of the movable contact piece, and two magnetic conductive loops are formed in the width direction of the movable contact piece.
Short circuit current-resistant and arc-extinguishing DC relay
A DC relay for anti-short circuit current and arc extinction includes two static contact leading-out ends, a movable contact piece in a straight sheet type, a pushing rod assembly, a fixed upper yoke, a follow-up yoke and a lower armature. The fixed upper yoke is fixed above the movable contact piece, corresponding to a position between the two movable contacts. The follow-up upper yoke is fixed on the pushing rod assembly, above the movable contact piece, corresponding to a position between the two movable contacts. The lower armature is fixed on a bottom end face of the movable contact piece. The fixed upper yoke, the follow-up upper yoke and the lower armature are respectively arranged in a width direction of the movable contact piece, and two magnetic conductive loops are formed in the width direction of the movable contact piece.
DC RELAY FOR ANTI-SHORT CIRCUIT CURRENT AND ARC EXTINCTION
A DC relay for anti-short circuit current and arc extinction including two static contact leading-out ends, a pushing rod assembly, a movable contact piece and three permanent magnets. Two of the three permanent magnets are respectively arranged at two sides of the movable contact piece in a width direction and are adjacent to one of two movable contacts of the movable contact piece; magnetic polarities of two permanent magnets facing the movable contact are the same; the third permanent magnet is arranged on one side of the movable contact piece in a length direction and is adjacent to another movable contact and a polarity face of the third permanent magnet is substantially perpendicular to the polarity faces of the two permanent magnets, so that an Lorentz force generated by the movable contact piece in an arc extinction magnetic field formed by the three permanent magnets is substantially zero.
