The inner member includes a rotation preventing portion for restricting rotation of the holder around the drive shaft. The rotation preventing portion is arranged so as to contact the holder at a position closer to a second end of the drive shaft than the movable contact piece and closer to the drive shaft than the movable contact.
Electromagnetic device and electromagnetic relay equipped with electromagnetic device
An electromagnetic device includes a fixed iron core through which a first magnetic flux flows, a movable iron core that reciprocates to separate from the fixed iron core by a predetermined gap when a current applied to a coil, which generates the first magnetic flux, is stopped and move to the fixed iron core by an attractive force when the current is applied to the coil. The electromagnetic device also includes a permanent magnet that generates a second magnetic flux. The opposed surface of the fixed iron core and the opposed surface of the movable iron core may be opposed in a reciprocating direction of the movable iron core. The permanent magnet may be attached to the fixed iron core such that a magnetized surface of the permanent magnet is opposed and exposed to the opposed surface of the movable iron core.

Bobbin and coil device using same
This bobbin includes: a cylindrical winding portion, a first partition portion and a second partition portion, wherein the first partition portion has lead-in cutout portions through which the coil wire to be wound on the upper side and the coil wire to be wound on the lower side are to be respectively introduced, and lead-out cutout portions through which the coil wire to be wound on the upper side and the coil wire to be wound on the lower side are to be respectively led out, and the first partition portion has, on a winding portion side thereof, a step formed in a zone including a range between the lead-out cutout portion for the coil wire to be wound on the lower side and the lead-in cutout portion for the coil wire to be wound on the upper side.
Double breaker switch
A double breaker switch comprises a contact bridge connected to an actuator at a connection point, a first fixed contact, and a second fixed contact. The contact bridge includes a first bridge contact connected to the connection point by a first arm and a second bridge contact connected to the connection point by a second arm. The second arm is longer than the first arm. The first bridge contact electrically connects with the first fixed contact at a first contact point in a closed state of the double breaker switch. The second bridge contact electrically connects with the second fixed contact at a second contact point and a third contact point in the closed state of the double breaker switch.
DIRECT CURRENT RELAY
The present disclosure relates to a direct current relay having a mover assembly having improved contact pressure. In one embodiment, a direct current relay comprises a pair of fixed contactors and a movable contactor which is moved up and down by an actuator to come into contact with or be separated from the pair of fixed contactors, comprises: a mover support disposed below the movable contactor and connected to the actuator by a shaft; a mover holder disposed above the movable contactor and fixed to the mover support; an upper yoke and a lower yoke disposed above and below the movable contactor to generate an electromagnetic force, respectively; and a contact pressure spring disposed between the lower yoke and the mover support, wherein the upper yoke and the lower yoke form a magnetic path to offset an electron repulsive force generated between the fixed contactors and the movable contactor.

The direct current relay according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a pair of fixed contacts, and a movable contact which is moved vertically by an electromagnetic force to contact or be separated from the pair of fixed contacts, wherein an upper yoke and a lower yoke are respectively provided on the upper and lower portions of the movable contact, a contact spring is provided on the lower portion of the lower yoke, and the lower yoke is pressed by the contact spring to move the movable contact.
VEHICLE STARTER WITH INTEGRATED THERMAL PROTECTION
A starter assembly which includes a switch for energizing a solenoid. Energizing the solenoid biases a starter gear into engagement and energizes the starter motor. A thermally responsive switch is positioned to absorb heat generated by operation of the electric motor and is disposed in an electrical line controlling operation of the switch controlling the solenoid wherein opening of the thermally responsive switch results in the opening of the solenoid switch. The use of such a thermally responsive switch de-energizes the electric motor when the electric motor is subjected to elevated operating temperatures that might otherwise cause damage to the electric motor. The starter assembly may also include control circuitry that includes a microprocessor wherein the control circuitry is operably coupled with the switch controlling the solenoid. The control circuitry is programmed to de-energize the solenoid upon the satisfaction of predetermined conditions to thereby prevent damage to the electrical motor.
