Soft oral product
An oral product includes a body that is wholly receivable in an oral cavity. The body includes a polymer matrix and one or more flavorants and/or active ingredients embedded in the polymer matrix. The polymer matrix can include a copolymer of ethylene and one or more vinyl monomers or zein. For example, the polymer can be ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and/or ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer. In some cases, the oral product can include tobacco and/or nicotine.
NOVEL CLOVE-CONTAINING AEROSOL-GENERATING SUBSTRATE
An aerosol-generating article is provided including: an aerosol-generating substrate including a homogenised plant material including clove particles, an aerosol former, and a binder, the aerosol-generating substrate further including: at least 125 micrograms of eugenol per gram of the aerosol-generating substrate, on a dry weight basis, at least 125 micrograms of eugenol-acetate per gram of the aerosol-generating substrate, on a dry weight basis, and at least 1 microgram of beta-caryophyllene per gram of the aerosol-generating substrate, on a dry weight basis. An aerosol-generating system including an aerosol-generating device including a heating element; and the aerosol-generating article is also provided. An aerosol produced upon heating of the aerosol-generating substrate, and a method of making the aerosol-generating substrate are also provided.
Stabilizer for moist snuff
The disclosure provides a method for improving the storage stability of a moist smokeless tobacco product configured for oral use, for example, a moist snuff tobacco product. The moist smokeless tobacco product includes a tobacco formulation containing a tobacco material. The method includes mixing the tobacco material with one or more antioxidants and one or more preservatives to form the tobacco formulation. The disclosure also provides a moist smokeless tobacco product incorporating a tobacco material and one or more antioxidants and one or more preservatives. Such moist smokeless tobacco products exhibit improved storage stability with respect to one or more characteristics such as nitrite, tobacco specific nitrosamine, organic acid, pH, and moisture content.
FLAVOUR GLYCOSIDE
The present disclosure relates to an article for use in non-combustible aerosol provision system and a non-combustible aerosol provision system. The article comprises an aerosol-generating segment having at least two portions, the portions comprising a first flavour glycoside in different concentrations.
NOVEL AEROSOL-GENERATING SUBSTRATE COMPRISING THYMUS SPECIES
A heatable aerosol-generating article is provided, including: an aerosol-generating substrate including a homogenised thyme material including at least 2.5 percent by weight of thyme particles on a dry weight basis, an aerosol former, and a binder, at least 400 micrograms of ursolic acid per gram of the aerosol-generating substrate, on a dry weight basis, and at least 150 micrograms of thymol per gram of the aerosol-generating substrate, on a dry weight basis, in which an amount of ursolic acid per gram of the aerosol-generating substrate is at least 2 times an amount of thymol per gram of the aerosol-generating substrate; and at least one hollow tube immediately downstream of the aerosol-generating substrate. An aerosol-generating system, including an aerosol-generating device including a heating element, and the heated aerosol-generating article, is also provided.
Nicotine liquid formulations for aerosol devices and methods thereof
A nicotine liquid formulation comprising nicotine, an acid, and a biologically acceptable liquid carrier, wherein heating an amount of said nicotine liquid formulation using low temperature electronic vaporization device, i.e., an electronic cigarette, generates an inhalable aerosol, and wherein at least about 50% of said acid in said amount is in said aerosol, and wherein at least about 90% of said nicotine in said amount is in said aerosol.
Oral products with improved binding of active ingredients
The disclosure provides products configured for oral use, the products including compositions comprising a filler component including negatively charged groups and an active ingredient including positively charged groups. The active ingredient can be retained by the filler component at least in part through bonding between the negatively charged groups and the positively charged groups such that active ingredient may be release from the product when positioned within an oral cavity of a consumer.
TOBACCO COMPOSITIONS AND PREPARATION THEREOF
Methods of providing an infused tobacco composition including infusing a starting tobacco composition with volatilized ...components formed by heating a volatile component source, thereby retaining at least some volatile components in the starting tobacco composition. Also infused tobacco compositions, as well as aerosol delivery systems and components for use in aerosol delivery systems, including the infused tobacco compositions.
PACKAGED FORMULATION
A packaged formulation, a method of making said packaged formulation, as well as containers and systems including and using said packaged formulation. In particular, the packaged formulation includes one or more cannabinoids and one or more stabilizing components, wherein said packaging is impermeable to air.
