Light emitting diode
A light emitting diode includes a semiconductor stacked structure, a substrate, a first electrode, a second electrode and a third electrode. The semiconductor stacked structure includes a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer and a light emitting layer. A light extraction layer with a roughened structure is formed on the doped semiconductor layer to improve the light emitting efficiency of LED. Furthermore, the strength of the semiconductor stacked structure can be enhanced by the light extraction layer, to improve the reliability of the LED and the production yields of manufacturing process.

A chip package structure is provided. The chip package structure includes a wiring substrate. The chip package structure includes a first chip structure and a second chip structure over the wiring substrate. The first chip structure is spaced apart from the second chip structure by a gap. The chip package structure includes a ring structure over the wiring substrate. The ring structure has a first opening, the first chip structure and the second chip structure are in the first opening, the first opening has a first inner wall, the first inner wall has a first recess, and the gap extends toward the first recess.

An electronic component includes an electronic component main body including a first surface, a signal bump electrode arranged on the first surface to protrude from the first surface of the electronic component main body, and a protective film provided with an opening through which a part of the signal bump electrode is exposed, the protective film being arranged to cover a portion of the signal bump electrode other than a portion exposed through the opening. The protective film includes a first insulating film, a second insulating film that covers the first insulating film, and a first shield film arranged as lying between the first insulating film and the second insulating film. The first shield film is covered with at least one of the first insulating film and the second insulating film so as not to be exposed at an inner surface of the opening.
