A hand cover system with two functional modes. A first one for touching objects, and a second one for isolating potentially contaminated surfaces of a hand cover. The first mode is realized by a hand cover worn by a hand with a part for touching or gripping objects. The hand cover has an outer side and an inner side. The inner side has an opening for the hand to enter the inner side of the hand cover. The inner side is divided into at least two compartments for the fingers of the hand. The outer side of the hand cover has outer palm side surfaces for contacting an object to be touched, and outer back hand side surfaces on the other side of each part. For realizing the second mode, the hand cover isolates the outer palm side surfaces from the environment when the hand cover is not in use.

A finger glove includes a finger sleeve that conforms to a finger, and a tail extending from the finger sleeve on one side of the finger toward the palm or wrist. The finger sleeve may form a barrier operable to prevent material contacting an outer surface of the finger sleeve from reaching an inner surface of the finger sleeve. The tail may include a gripping portion configured to receive a force sufficient to draw the finger sleeve into conformity with a shape of a portion of the finger. The gripping portion may be configured to enable the finger sleeve to be separated from the finger while preventing the material contacting the outer surface of the finger sleeve from reaching the finger.

According to the various features, characteristics and embodiments of the present invention which will become apparent as the description thereof proceeds, the present invention provides reusable grip enhancing tubular members for the arm area, in particular sports sleeves for the arm and forearm, and reusable grip enhancing tubular members for the hand, in particular sports finger cots for the hand, and the uses thereof, and methods thereof, intended to increase the performance in arm and/or hand task activities.

A device and methods for making and using an oral procedure apparatus include a tubular member and a flange. The tubular member forms a lumen extending from a first end of the tubular member to a second end of the tubular member, the lumen having a lumen cross-section sized to admit a human finger extending through the lumen, the tubular member having a tubular cross-section sized to be admitted into a mouth of a patient, the tubular member formed from a material substantially resilient against a bite from the mouth of the patient. The protection cap is a silicone cap that has Velcro pieces on the inside to allow for attachment on a sliding mitt. Once attached, it helps protect the hand and fingers further when sliding.

A digit protection assembly includes an outer shell that includes a moisture repellant material. A strap is operably coupled to the outer shell. The strap includes a fastener that is operably coupled to an attachment end of the strap. A medical hand guard that serve as a protective barrier between a user's hand and potentially contaminated surfaces is disclosed. The medical hand guard can comprise a base pad and first and second pockets that are configured to receive a respective thumb and finger of the user. The medical hand guard can define a contact surface opposite the first and second pockets.

A device and methods for making and using an oral procedure apparatus include a tubular member and a flange.
