A medical grade reusable and washable fabric/cloth face mask comprising a plurality of filtration layers located between a first and last layer of top quality cotton, polyester or other suitable fabric. In at least one embodiment, the present invention consists of an N95 grade filter. In other embodiments, the face mask consists of a plurality of non woven polypropylene melt blown material. The invention provides a high level of filtration and can be washed and reused.

An improved face mask for use in decreasing the transmission of viral and pathogenic materials to and from a user including a frame having a first arm, a second arm, and a mesh is disclosed. The frame is folded into and out of a folded position for proper insertion and removal from the face mask and to adjust the face mask for a secured fit along the outer and bottom edges of the beard of a user.

An article of apparel is configured to cover at least part of a human head. The article of apparel includes a multi-layer face shield and a fabric panel coupled to the face shield. The multi-layer face shield includes an outer layer, a middle layer and an inner layer and is configured to cover a mouth and a nose of the human head when the article of apparel is donned by a wearer. The fabric panel is coupled to the face shield and forms a posterior loop such that the fabric panel and face shield are configured to extend completely around the human head when the article of apparel is donned by the wearer.

A face mask face mask is configured to be worn on a human head and includes a face shield and at least one mounting strap. The face shield includes a multi-layer body portion comprising an outer layer, a middle layer and an inner layer. The outer layer is provided by a stitched fabric spacer, the middle layer provided by an open cell foam, and the inner layer provided a stretch fabric. The at least one mounting strap is an ear loop provided by a free-cut piece of fabric defined by an elongated narrow center portion positioned between an enlarged first end and an enlarged second end opposite the first end.

The cover is configured to the cover the nose and the mouth of the user. The eyewear coupler is attached to the cover and configured to selectively attach to the eyewear article to couple the cover to the eyewear article. In some examples, the face mask includes the eyewear article to define a face-and-eye-mask.

A durable, reusable, anti-fog, blister-free, sealed face mask that does not slip off the user's face during speech or high-performance activity. The face mask is constructed with anti-viral and antimicrobial wicking, breathable, stretch materials and has an optional filtration membrane. The materials can comprise sustainable recycled materials.

Described herein is a wearable mask. The mask includes a nose bridge construction of a shape that allows for effective sealing without the need for gaskets or other adjustable seals. The mask may be constructed from a flat pattern that requires a minimal amount of stitching while allowing the nose bridge to be properly shaped.

Embodiments herein are directed to a strapless facemask assembly that includes a facemask and a support member. The support member has a pair of resilient legs and a bridge portion. Each of the pair of resilient legs has a terminating end and each are joined at the bridge portion. The bridge portion is rounded to rest on a nasal bone of a user at an apex of the bridge portion at a first facial contact surface. The pair of resilient legs extend from the bridge portion to the terminating end and have a second facial contact surface between the terminating end and the bridge portion at a zygomatic bone of the user such that each of the pair of resilient legs extends adjacent and below the zygomatic bone in a vertical direction. The terminating end of the pair of resilient legs terminating at a third facial contact surface.

The present application discloses a mask including a sheet, a first loop, a second loop and an elastic film. The sheet comprises a central portion, a first lateral portion, a second lateral portion and an opening. The first loop is coupled to the sheet. The second loop is coupled to the sheet. The elastic film is coupled to the sheet and covers the opening. A method of manufacturing the aforementioned face mask is also disclosed.
