PROTECTIVE HELMET PROVIDED WITH ANTI-DAZZLE VISOR
Protecting helmet of the type including at least one inner shell made of a shock-absorbing material, the inner shell being covered with an outer shell on the outside and delimiting a front opening of the helmet, as well as at least one anti-dazzle visor constrained to the protecting helmet so that to rotate and/or translate with respect to the outer shell and to move between a lowered position interfering, at least partially, with such a front opening, and a raised position disengaging from the aforesaid front opening, and vice versa. Advantageously, the protecting helmet further includes an electric motor to operate the aforesaid anti-dazzle visor from its lowered position to its raised position, or vice versa, and an automatic control unit vocally operated to control the aforesaid motor.
Helmet with eye protection
An apparatus comprising an outer shell is described. The outer shell is rotatable around an internal framework coupled with the outer shell. A guide track is also disclosed such that the guide track is coupled with an outer shell. Also, an eye shield is disclosed such that the eye shield may deploy out of and retract into the guide track.
Attachable optical element arrangements and methods
Described is a kit, an optical insert assembly and a method for attaching an optical insert to a viewing lens of an eye-shielding device. The kit includes an optical insert with an outer perimeter, and a flexible border attachment element with an inner periphery area extending inward of the outer perimeter of the optical insert, and an outer periphery area extending outward of the outer perimeter of the optical insert, and having a first adhesive area for attachment to the optical insert and a second adhesive area for attachment to the viewing lens. When attached, the border attachment element defines a buffer zone spanning the inner periphery and outer periphery areas. The optical insert assembly includes the elements of the kits described herein, attached to a viewing lens of an eye-shielding device.
Motorcycle Helmet System
A motorcycle helmet system includes a vehicle that may be ridden. The vehicle has at least one gauge. A helmet is provided and the helmet may be worn. A shield is hingedly coupled to the helmet. The shield is comprised of a sunlight reactive material. Thus, the shield darkens when sunlight hits the shield. A display unit is coupled to the helmet and the display unit is visible when the helmet is worn. The display unit is in electrical communication with the vehicle. Thus, the display unit displays operational parameters of the vehicle.
Electronic Motorcycle Helmet
An electronic motorcycle helmet. The electronic motorcycle helmet includes a helmet having an aperture therein that can receive a head therethrough. A visor is disposed on a front side of the helmet and a display is disposed on an interior surface of the visor. A microprocessor, including a logic that receives a command input directed to one of a plurality of subsystems, toggles the subsystem between an activated state and a deactivated state, and displays a status window on the display corresponding to the subsystem. The plurality of subsystems includes a plurality of cameras disposed about the helmet, wherein each of the cameras is operably connected to the display and can apply a low-light filter for low-light conditions. Other subsystems include a wireless transmitter to wirelessly communicate with an external device, a GPS system, and a battery disposed at a lower edge of the rear side.
Visor assembly with unique plate
A helmet is provided which includes a helmet shell defining a cavity. The helmet shell has left and right helmet mounting sections defined on left and right sides thereof, and the helmet includes a visor mounting system comprising a primary visor connector made of a single piece and adapted for connection with the left and right helmet mounting sections. The helmet further has a primary visor removably and pivotally connected to the primary visor connector and adapted to pivot about a primary pivot axis.
VISOR ASSEMBLY
Visor assembly (1) comprising an outer shield (2) and an inner shield (6) which is arranged at a distance therefrom and lies within the periphery of the outer shield, wherein a spacer (7) extending along the periphery of the inner shield is provided in order to hold the inner shield at a predetermined distance from the outer shield, wherein mechanical fixing means (10, 12) are arranged between the two shields for mutual fixation thereof, wherein the inner shield is formed at the position of its periphery such that a protrusion (7) from the inner shield is obtained, this protrusion forming the spacer.
System and method for varying hologram visibility
A system and method for varying hologram visibility is disclosed herein. Specifically the system can comprise a shield. The shield can comprise a first layer and a second layer. The first layer can comprise a photochromic material having a dark state and a light state. The second layer can comprise a hologram that is less visible the first layer is in the light state. The method can comprise attaching a second layer to a first layer. The first layer can comprise a photochromic material having a dark state and a light state. The second layer can comprise a hologram. The hologram can be less visible when the first layer is in the light state than when the first layer is in the dark state.
PASTING SHEET, HELMET AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
A pasting sheet that can be pasted easily to a shield is provided. The pasting sheet 10 is affixed sheet can be pasted on the shield 9 to the helmet 1, and includes the sheet body 100 that have the light-transmitting, the adhesive layer 120 that continuously arranged in the periphery of the sheet body 100, the suction disk type fixed member 20, and the notch portion 102 for fixing the suction disk type fixed member 20 at the left end and right end portion of the sheet body 100. And the cross section of the adhesive layer 120 has a convex curved surface. Adhesive layer 120 disposed on the left end portion or right end portion of the seat body has a height corresponding to the thickness of the suction disk.
