Comfort In Motion Footwear
A holistically improved shoe that incorporates beneficial aspects relating to a variety of interconnected elements, including comfort, sustainability, washability, ease of manufacturing, style, freedom and natural movement of the foot, as well as the sensory experience of a user. The shoe contains a removable insert that is configured to be removed and washed in between uses or as needed, such that a sock or other liner is unnecessary. The shoe further includes a footbed and an outsole that contain matching tread patterns. The matching tread patterns of the present technology allow the footbed and the outsole to move in concert by splaying during a stride in order to better absorb shock by mimicking the natural movements of the foot.
Shock-absorbing footwear
Disclosed herein are a shock-absorbing devices and shoes. In one aspect, the shoe encompasses an upper; a sole; and at least one shock-absorbing assembly, the shock-absorbing assembly including: a support frame connected to at least a portion of the upper or sole, and a plurality of shock-absorbing members having first and second opposed ends, the first ends of the shock-absorbing members being connected to a portion of the support frame. Also disclosed herein are methods for dampening an applied force to a joint during walking using the disclosed devices and shoes.
SOLE ASSEMBLY WITH TEXTILE SHELL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
An article of footwear has a sole assembly with a cushioning component and a shell that has a textile layer. The cushioning component is positioned in a cavity of the shell so that the cushioning component is supported on a lower surface by the shell and the upper surface of the cushioning component is uncovered by the shell at an opening of the shell. A method of manufacturing an article of footwear includes forming an at least partially textile shell so that the shell has a cavity with an opening. A cushioning component is positioned in the cavity of the shell so that a lower surface of the cushioning component is supported on an inner surface of the shell and is uncovered by the shell at the opening. The lower surface of the cushioning component is secured to the inner surface of the shell by radio frequency welding or adhesive.
SOLE STRUCTURE AND SHOES USING SAME
An outsole includes: a first stud projecting downwards in a stationary manner in a vertical direction from a reference surface and having a first projection surface; and a second stud having a second projection surface. The second stud moves in the vertical direction so that, when an external force acts on the second projection surface, the outsole hollow is compressively transformed and the second projection surface comes close to the reference surface.
Article of footwear with sole structure having fluid-filled chambers
An article of footwear has a sole structure with compliant components. The sole structure includes a sole plate, inner sole structure and lasting board. The inner sole structure is placed in between the sole plate and lasting board. The inner sole structure provides complaint components that protrude through the sole plate towards a ground surface.

The first plate includes a forefoot region at an anterior end, a heel region at a posterior end, and a mid-foot region. The sole structure further includes a second plate having a second surface opposing the first surface of the first plate. The second plate has a first end attached to the forefoot region of the first plate and a second end that is spaced apart from the first surface of the first plate. A cushion is disposed between the first plate and the second plate and has a first side attached to the first surface of the first plate and a second side attached to the second surface of second plate. The cushion extends continuously from a medial side of the sole structure to a lateral side of the sole structure.
Sole with projections and article of footwear
A sole for an article of footwear includes a base having an outer edge defining a perimeter, the base having a forefoot portion, a midfoot portion and a heel portion; and a plurality of resilient projections extending from the base, wherein the plurality of projections includes a plurality of projections extending non-orthogonally from the base about the perimeter of the base and a plurality of projections extending substantially orthogonally from the base within the non-orthogonal projections.
