The cover plate assembly includes a top cover plate, where the top cover plate is provided with an explosion-proof valve; and an insulating plate, laminated with the top cover plate, where the insulating plate includes a base portion and a thinned region located on the base portion, the thinned region is formed by thinning the base portion, and a region enclosed by boundaries of an orthographic projection of the thinned region at least partially overlaps an orthographic projection of the explosion-proof valve in a thickness direction of the cover plate assembly. The thinned region is formed by thinning the base portion.

SEALED BATTERY

A sealed battery, which is an exemplary embodiment, comprises a battery case including a bottomed cylindrical outer can and a sealing body that closes an opening of the outer can, a gasket disposed between the outer can and the sealing body, and an electrode body including an electrode and housed in the battery case. The sealing body includes a metal plate, and the metal plate has a thin portion formed in an annular shape, a valve portion having a convex shape inside the battery case, and an annular portion to which the electrode lead is connected. The gasket is provided with an elastically deformable portion that abuts against the inner surface of the valve portion and urges the valve portion to the outside of the battery case.

SEALED BATTERY

A sealed battery, which is an exemplary embodiment, comprises a battery case including a bottomed cylindrical outer can and a sealing body that closes an opening of the outer can, a gasket disposed between the outer can and the sealing body, and an electrode body including an electrode and housed in the battery case. The sealing body includes a metal plate, and the metal plate has a thin portion formed in an annular shape, a valve portion having a convex shape inside the battery case, and an annular portion to which the electrode lead is connected. The gasket is provided with an elastically deformable portion that abuts against the inner surface of the valve portion and urges the valve portion to the outside of the battery case.

The electrode column penetrates and is arranged in rivet holes of the cover plate and the metal sheet, and is riveted with the metal sheet. A first sealing ring is arranged between a cap portion and a nail portion of the electrode column and the cover plate. A second sealing ring is arranged on an outer periphery of the nail portion of the electrode column, and the second sealing ring is clamped and arranged between the cover plate and the metal sheet. The first sealing ring and the second sealing ring are arranged separately.

Compared with the prior art, the large-capacity secondary battery of the present invention can achieve multi-functional integration of the battery, and also can save the space occupied by accessory structural parts of the battery and achieve a large capacity of the battery.

The second adhesive layer is adapted and arranged to release from the layer comprising the water-soluble material, when a peel force is applied such that the second adhesive layer and the kill strip layer are removable from the layer comprising a water-soluble material when the peel force is applied to the second adhesive layer.
