A secondary battery includes an electrode assembly having a first electrode tab protruding from a first side of the electrode assembly and a second electrode tab protruding from a second side of the electrode assembly; a case accommodating the electrode assembly and having a first opening at one side of the case and a second opening at another side of the case; a first terminal electrically coupled to the first electrode tab of the electrode assembly; a first cap plate sealing the first opening of the case and exposing the first terminal to the outside; a second terminal electrically coupled to the second electrode tab of the electrode assembly; and a second cap plate sealing the second opening of the case and exposing the second terminal to the outside, wherein the first electrode tab and the second electrode tab have bent portions.

SECONDARY BATTERY
A secondary battery includes: an electrode assembly; a case accommodating the electrode assembly; a cap plate sealing the case; and a current collector plate welded between the electrode assembly and the case or between the electrode assembly and the cap plate. The current collector plate has a slit therein.
Pouch case, pouch type secondary battery and manufacturing method thereof
Provided are a pouch case for a pouch type secondary battery in which one corner is in close contact with a cooling plate and a pouch type secondary battery including the same. In the pouch case, by controlling a shape relation among a forming portion formed to have a non-zero depth determined in advance at a center to accommodate one side of an electrode assembly, a receiving portion in surface contact with a side surface of the electrode assembly at the time of sealing the pouch case, and a sealing portion for sealing opposing ends of the forming portion and the electrode assembly, a size of a sealing protrusion formed after the electrode assembly is packaged through mechanical properties of a metal laminate sheet and a simplified die and punch may be minimized.
BATTERY CELL ASSEMBLY AND BATTERY PACKAGE COMPRISING SAID ASSEMBLY
A battery cell assembly electrically connected to a circuit board and a battery package including multiple battery cell assemblies are disclosed. The battery cell assembly includes a battery cell forming electrodes with opposite polarities on the upper and the lower ends, one end fixed to the upper end electrode so that an electric current can flow, the first connector including the other end extended in a direction away from the center of the battery cell, is made of metal plate, and includes the second connector including the other end extended in a direction away from the center of the battery cell. The other end of the first connector and the other end of the second connector are extended in directions, so that the space between the two ends gets wider as they approach the bottom end, and directions that the two ends are not parallel with each other.
Battery cell and battery module
A battery cell includes: an electrode unit including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a current collector, and a separator; a housing unit accommodating the electrode unit; a first insulator disposed inside the housing unit and between the electrode unit and the housing unit, an internal terminal disposed inside the housing unit and electrically connected to the current collector; a second insulator disposed inside the housing unit and between the internal terminal and the housing unit; and an external terminal disposed outside the housing unit. A contact surface of the first insulator with the electrode unit has indented shape. The first insulator is fixed to the housing unit.
ELECTROCHEMICAL APPARATUS AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS
An electrochemical apparatus includes an electrode assembly, a packaging film, and a first tab, where the first tab is electrically connected to the electrode assembly, the packaging film includes a first packaging film and a second packaging film which are located at two sides of the first tab, the first packaging film includes a first sealing zone, the second packaging film includes a second sealing zone, and the first sealing zone and the second sealing zone are bonded to seal the electrode assembly. The first sealing zone includes a first region and a second region, the first region covers a projection of the first tab on the first sealing zone, the second region connects to the first region, and a width of the second region is less than that of the first region.
ELECTROCHEMICAL APPARATUS AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS
An electrochemical apparatus includes an electrode assembly, a packaging film, and a first tab, where the first tab is electrically connected to the electrode assembly, the packaging film includes a first packaging film and a second packaging film which are located at two sides of the first tab, the first packaging film includes a first sealing zone, the second packaging film includes a second sealing zone, and the first sealing zone and the second sealing zone are bonded to seal the electrode assembly. The first sealing zone includes a first region and a second region, the first region covers a projection of the first tab on the first sealing zone, the second region connects to the first region, and a width of the second region is less than that of the first region.
BATTERY PACK AND ELECTRIC TOOL
Provided is a battery pack including: an exterior case; a cylindrical battery cell including a positive electrode terminal part at one end and a negative electrode terminal part at the other end; and a metal plate connected to the positive electrode terminal part or the negative electrode terminal part, where the battery cell has a peripheral protrusion around the positive electrode terminal part or the negative electrode terminal part, the metal plate has a protrusion that faces the peripheral protrusion, and the protrusion is disposed in close contact with the whole periphery of the peripheral protrusion, with a first insulating part interposed therebetween.
