SECONDARY BATTERY
A secondary battery includes: a case having an accommodating space therein; an electrode assembly accommodated in the case and having an uncoated portion on one end thereof; a current collector plate electrically connected to the uncoated portion of the electrode assembly; a cap plate sealing the case; and an electrode terminal outside the cap plate and electrically connected to the current collector plate. The current collector plate has a hole through which the electrode terminal passes and a coupling protrusion protruding toward the electrode assembly along a periphery of the hole.

A secondary battery includes: a case having an accommodating space therein; an electrode assembly accommodated in the case and having an uncoated portion on one end thereof; a current collector plate electrically connected to the uncoated portion of the electrode assembly; a cap plate sealing the case; and an electrode terminal outside the cap plate and electrically connected to the current collector plate. The current collector plate has a hole through which the electrode terminal passes and a coupling protrusion protruding toward the electrode assembly along a periphery of the hole.
SECONDARY BATTERY
A secondary battery includes: an electrode assembly including a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate, and a separator; a case including a first side having an opening to accommodate the electrode assembly; a cap plate sealing the first side of the case; a first current collector plate arranged between the electrode assembly and the cap plate; a conductive paste electrically connecting the case and the first current collector plate while physically fixing the case and the first current collector plate; a terminal arranged on a second side of the case; and a second current collector plate electrically connecting the second electrode plate and the terminal.
Current sensor
The current sensor includes a battery terminal part that has electrical conductivity and is fastened to a battery post constituting a negative electrode of a battery, and a shunt resistor that is conductively connected to the battery terminal part via a joint part, the shunt resistor including a first detection terminal and a second detection terminal for detecting an electric current. The battery terminal part includes a third detection terminal for detecting a voltage of the battery between the joint part and the battery post. As a result, the current sensor can properly detect a voltage of the battery together with an electric current.
BATTERY TERMINAL
A battery terminal includes a post clamp for connecting to a battery post. The post clamp includes a post connector having a first connector end and a second connector end with an opening therebetween. The post connector is configured to substantially enclose a first surface of the battery post. A mounting clamp is provided for reducing the opening between the first connector end and the second connector end. A fastener is disposed vertically above the mounting clamp and the post connector. The fastener is configured to be provided vertically above the second surface of the battery post for fastening the mounting clamp to the post clamp.
BATTERY TERMINAL
A battery terminal includes a post clamp for connecting to a battery post. The post clamp includes a post connector having a first connector end and a second connector end with an opening therebetween. The post connector is configured to substantially enclose a first surface of the battery post. A mounting clamp is provided for reducing the opening between the first connector end and the second connector end. A fastener is disposed vertically above the mounting clamp and the post connector. The fastener is configured to be provided vertically above the second surface of the battery post for fastening the mounting clamp to the post clamp.
Secondary battery
The present invention comprises: an electrode assembly in which a separator is interposed in between a first electrode and a second electrode; a case for accommodating the electrode assembly; a cap plate for sealing an opening at the upper end of the case, wherein a first terminal electrically connected to the first electrode of the electrode assembly is integrally formed with the cap plate; at least one stepped portion protruding upward from the cap plate; and a plate terminal arranged on the exterior of the cap plate, wherein the plate terminal is provided with, on a bottom part thereof, a recessed groove having a size and a depth corresponding to the size and the height of the stepped portion. A secondary battery, according to one embodiment of the present invention, is provided with the protruding stepped portion on the cap plate so that the terminal can be fixed so as to prevent shifting to the left or to the right.
Electronic equipment
An electronic device includes a cell, a circuit board, and a cell protection unit. The circuit board is provided in the electronic device and configured to control the electronic device. The circuit board is electrically coupled to the cell, and the cell protection unit is provided on the circuit board. The cell protection unit is integrated with the circuit board, so as to facilitate heat dissipation of the cell, prolong the service life of the cell, speed up the production cycle of the cell, and reduce the production cost of the cell.
Secondary battery and assembling method thereof
Provided are a secondary battery and an assembling method thereof, which can ensure a battery capacity and improve welding quality of a current collector. The secondary battery includes an electrode assembly including first and second electrode tabs, a case accommodating the electrode assembly and having an opening, a cap plate coupled to the case at the opening of the case, a first current collector electrically connected to the first electrode tab of the electrode assembly, a second current collector electrically connected to the second electrode tab of the electrode assembly, and a sub-tab coupled to the first electrode tab or the second electrode tab of the electrode assembly. The sub-tab is bent along a boundary between the sub-tab and the first or second current collector and contacts an outer periphery of the first or second current collector. The sub-tab is integrally formed with the first or second current collector.
BATTERY MODULE, BATTERY PACK COMPRISING SAME, AND VEHICLE COMPRISING SAME
A battery module, a battery pack including the same, and a vehicle including the same are provided. The battery module includes a stack of battery cells; a cover accommodating the stack of battery cells; and a bus bar electrically connecting the battery cells; a relay comprising a connection terminal coupled to the bus bar; and a joint block coupled to the bus bar and the connection terminal of the relay.
