A winding type battery cell includes a roll core and at least one electrode sheet unit. The roll core includes a positive connection part, a negative connection part and an insulation part located between the positive connection part and the negative connection part. The positive connection part and the negative connection part are respectively connected with two ends of the insulation part. The electrode sheet unit includes a positive electrode sheet, a negative electrode sheet and a separator. The positive electrode sheet and the negative electrode sheet are separated by the separator. The positive electrode sheet is connected with the positive connection part, and the negative electrode sheet is connected with the negative connection part. The winding type battery cell is formed by winding the electrode sheet unit around the roll core. A winding battery with the winding type battery cell is also provided.

The covered portion comprises a metal surface and an oxide coating covering the metal surface. The oxide coating is configured to prevent contact between a layer in the set of layers or the inner sidewall of the enclosure and the metal surface.

The battery core assembly includes an encapsulation film and an electrode core assembly encapsulated in the encapsulation film. The electrode core assembly includes an electrode core assembly body and two electrode lead-out members of opposite polarities electrically connected to the electrode core assembly body. The electrode core assembly body includes at least two electrode cores connected in parallel. Each of the electrode cores includes an electrode core body and two tabs of opposite polarities that are electrically connected to the electrode core body. The electrode core assembly body further includes a tab support. The two electrode lead-out members are respectively electrically connected to one of the tab supports located two sides of the electrode core assembly body in a first direction.
