Wiring module

A wiring module to be attached to a plurality of power elements which store or generate power includes a bus bar connecting the power elements to each other or connecting the power element and a load to each other, an abnormality detection element detecting an abnormality of the power element, and an insulating protector holding the bus bar and the abnormality detection element. The insulating protector is integrally provided with a first holding shaft portion and a second holding shaft portion which position and hold the bus bar by fitting the bus bar there onto, and an element holding portion which position and hold the abnormality detection element by fitting the abnormality detection element there into.

Cylindrical or button battery

The present disclosure discloses a cylindrical or button battery. The battery includes a cap, a shell and a ring seal, wherein the cap and the shell are both of a tubular structure having a cover portion and are fitted together to form a hermetic space for accommodating a battery cell; the ring seal is located between a side wall of the cap and a side wall of the shell and is capable of shrinking or being torn when reaching a set temperature so as to form a slit between the side wall of the cap and the side wall of the shell to release pressure. The ring seal of the battery can shrink or be torn at the set temperature to release pressure, and therefore the battery is characterized by excellent safety.

Connection module and electricity storage module

A connection module can be attached to an electricity storage element group in which a plurality of electricity storage elements each including a positive and a negative electrode terminal are aligned, the connection module including: a bus bar including a pair of terminal connection portions that are to be respectively connected to the electrode terminals of the adjacent electricity storage elements; and an insulating protector that is to be fixed to the electricity storage element group, wherein the insulating protector includes an accommodation frame inside of which the bus bar is disposed; and retaining portions that prevent the bus bar from coming off in the left-right direction inside the accommodation frame, and a tolerance absorbing clearance is provided between each of the retaining portions and the bus bar.

Battery and methods for connecting/disconnecting conductive wire to/from battery

A battery mounted on a vehicle, the battery including a battery case having an electrically conductive material and configured to be attached to a body of the vehicle so as to electrically connect to the body of the vehicle. The battery case includes a plus terminal to which an electrical conductor is connected to supply electric power to electrical equipment on-board the vehicle, a minus terminal, a ground member that is attached to the minus terminal so as to electrically connect the minus terminal and the battery case, and a plus terminal cover that covers the plus terminal. In a state where the ground member is attached to the minus terminal, the ground member abuts the plus terminal cover so as to restrict a movement of the plus terminal cover from exposing the plus terminal.

BATTERY MODULE, BATTERY PACK COMPRISING THE SAME, AND VEHICLE

A battery module includes a plurality of cylindrical battery cells each having a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal on one side of each respective battery cell; a busbar including an electrically conductive material and having a plate shape; and at least two types of connecting members each including an electrically conductive material, and having an elongated body, wherein one end in a direction in which the body extends is joined to the busbar, and the other end is joined to any one of the positive electrode terminal and the negative electrode terminal, the at least two types of connecting members having different joined areas depending on a joined terminal among the positive electrode terminal and the negative electrode terminal.

FUSE DEVICE AND BATTERY MODULE

A first fuse device includes a first conductor, at least a portion of the conductor being functioning as a fuse, and a first wiring electrically connected to the first conductor. At least a portion of the first wiring passes through a first space of the first conductor, the first space being defining the fuse.
