10763598 · 2020-09-01 · ·

The present disclosure provides an electric wire clip, which includes a housing, a contact member and a pressing mechanism. The housing is provided with a mounting passage and an inserting hole communicating with the mounting passage. The pressing mechanism includes a pressing arm and a rotating shaft disposed on the pressing arm and hinged with the housing. In operation, the wire can pass through the inserting hole and be engaged with the clamping protrusion. When the wire needs to be pulled away, the driving pressing arm is rotated downwardly, and the first hook is swung downwardly to be engaged with the clamping protrusion. When rotating downwardly, the pressing arm is able to abut and drive the clamping piece to move outwardly, so that the clamping piece disengages from the wire to facilitate pulling away the wire.

Conductive terminal and connector assembly

A conductive terminal is adapted to electrically connect a wire to a circuit board. The circuit board has a through hole and solder pads on a surface of the circuit board. The conductive terminal comprises a base, a pair of mounting portions, and a pair of clamping portions. The base has a pair of opposing first edges, a pair of opposing second edges, and an insertion hole aligned with the through hole of the circuit board. The mounting portions include a pair of solder portions extending outwardly from the first edges and parallel to the base. The solder portions are each adapted to be soldered to one of the solder pads of the circuit board. The clamping portions extend obliquely toward each other from the two second edges of the base and are adapted to clamp a conductor of the wire inserted through the insertion hole and the through hole.

Terminal assembly for electrical device and electrical device

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a terminal assembly for an electrical device and an electrical device comprising the same. The terminal assembly comprises: a first terminal comprising a terminal seat and a screw in a threaded connection with the terminal seat, a cavity for receiving a wire being formed in the terminal seat; and a second terminal, comprising: a body provided with a hook thereon, wherein the first terminal is adapted to be connected with the second terminal via the hook; and a clamping arm with one end connected with the body and the other end being a free end adapted to cooperate with the body for clamping the wire. Such terminal assembly can provide two different types of terminals to adapt to criteria in different countries and areas, and thus can broaden the application range of the product.

CONNECTION DEVICE FOR CONNECTING AT LEAST ONE ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR TO A STUD TERMINAL

A terminal stand is provided. The terminal stand includes a base body, a movable part, a metal elastic part, a first signal element and a second signal element. One end of the metal elastic member includes two first abutments. The first signal element is disposed in a second receiving slot. One end of the first signal element includes a first contact portion and a second abutment. The second signal element is disposed in the second receiving slot. One end of the second signal element includes a second contact portion. The second contact portion contacts with the first contact portion and makes a signal circuit. When the movable member is pressed, the movable member drives the two first abutments to move, and the abutment drives the second abutment to move, with the first contact portion leaving the second contact portion, and the signal circuit is in an off-state state.

Conductive component structure of electrical wire connection device

A conductive component structure of electrical wire connection device is more securely assembled with the conductive wire to enhance the electro-conduction performance. The conductive component includes a main body in the form of a plate body, a restriction body connected on the main body and an aid unit (or elastic unit) assembled with the restriction body. The restriction body has a base section, a first arm and a second arm connected with the base section and free sections connected with the first and second arms. The aid unit (or elastic unit) provides greater elastic holding action force for the restriction body. When the conductive wire is plugged into the case into contact with the conductive component, the rear end of the conductive wire is at least securely pressed between the first and second arms of the restriction body without deflecting or swinging due to external force.

Conductive Terminal And Connector Assembly
