A method for fitting a connecting terminal for connecting at least two electrical conductors is also provided.
FAST PLUG CONNECTOR FOR USE WITH COPPER WIRE
Disclosed is a fast plug connector for use with copper wire, including an integrally-formed plastic-molded connector housing. The housing includes at least two terminal receiving slots juxtaposed inside the housing. The terminal receiving slots is embedded with engaging terminals having barbed pieces mounted at both tail ends thereof and twisted elastic sheets mounted at both head ends thereof. The upper end located at the left side and the right side of the head of the connector housing is mounted with fastening clamps, and a lower end located at the left side and the right side of the head of the connector housing is mounted with fastening holes that are respectively corresponding to the fastening clamps. The invention provides an electric connection using fast plug electrical connector that can be readily adapted for copper wires.
TERMINAL BLOCK
A terminal block includes a housing that has an opening through which a wire is to be inserted, a terminal configured to be connected to the wire that is inserted through the opening, and a plate spring member configured to fix the wire by pressing the wire against the terminal. The plate spring member has a pressing portion configured to press the wire against the terminal, and a plastic deformation preventing portion configured to prevent the pressing portion from bending in a direction away from the terminal by more than a predetermined amount.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
The present invention discloses an electrical connector, comprising: a first insulated shell and a second insulated shell; the first insulated shell has a first chamber and a second chamber opening towards one direction; the second insulated shell is detachably assembled in the first insulated shell; the second insulated shell is inlaid with the second conductive clamping sheet, and the second insulated shell is combined with the first insulated shell to enable the second conductive clamping sheet to contact with the contact tongue part elastically. The present invention has characteristics of simple structure, cost saving, fast assembly and disassembly, low manufacturing cost, good safety and not easily disengaged conductive clamping sheet, good closure of contact area and wide application.
HERMAPHRODITIC PIN AND SOCKET CONNECTOR
An electrical connector for use with wires is disclosed that includes an electrical contact and an insulated housing. The electrical contact includes a wire contact portion and a connector contact portion. The wire contact portion connects the electrical connector to a wire. The connector contact portion includes a male contact prong and a female contact socket. The electrical contact may be positioned within an insulated housing that is designed to connect both the male contact prong and the female contact socket when mated with another electrical device.
CONTACTING DEVICE FOR CONTACTING AN ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR TO AN ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR PATH
A contacting device for bringing an electrical conductor into contact with an electrical conductor path includes a housing having a first opening for inserting the electrical conductor into a cavity in the housing and a second opening for inserting the electrical conductor path into the cavity in the housing, and a bow collector including a first portion, which is arranged in the cavity in the housing, and a second portion. The bow collector is designed such that the electrical conductor can be pressed against the electrical conductor path by the first portion of the bow collector after the electrical conductor and electrical conductor path have been inserted into the cavity in the housing, as a result of which the electrical conductor is retained on the electrical conductor path in a clamping position so as to be in contact with the electrical conductor path.
MODULARIZED STRUCTURE OF SWITCH WIRE CONNECTION DEVICE
A modularized structure of switch wire connection device includes an assembling support and a wire connection module. The assembling support has a first side and a second side. The first and/or the second sides are formed with assembling sections for assembling with the wire connection module. The wire connection module includes a first wire connection module and/or a second wire connection module each having a case. The case defines a chamber for receiving and enclosing electrical contact components. The case is formed with a mounting section for connecting with the assembling section of the assembling support. The wire connection module is detachably mounted on the assembling support as an integrated form. The modularized structure enables an operator to easily assemble/disassemble the components and change the switch specification between normally open mode and normally closed mode and enhance insulation effect to avoid electric arc.
Terminal strip
A terminal strip having an insulating material housing that has a latching foot for latching onto a mounting rail and has a width less than the length and height, and conductor connections in the insulating material housing that are arranged next to one another in pairs. The insulating material housing is in two parts and has a base housing and a lower housing. The base housing has, in a first connection region, a pair of conductor connections that are electrically conductively connected to one another. In a second connection region, the base housing has a cutout that is laterally bounded by the insulating material of the second connection region. The lower housing can be inserted into the cutout. The lower housing has a conductor connection that is electrically insulated from an adjacent conductor connection that is arranged in the second connection region, in the base housing.
RAIL TERMINAL ASSEMBLING STRUCTURE
A rail terminal assembling structure includes a protection member formed with an assembling passage defined by a contact side section, a connection side section and two lateral sections disposed between the connection side section and the contact side section. The assembling passage has a wire inlet having a first locating section and a second locating section. An end section of a conductive plate extends into the assembling passage and securely attached to the contact side section. A metal leaf spring has a first section, a second section and an elastic bight section connected between the first and second sections. A first located section is disposed on the first section for securely connecting with the first locating section. A second located section is disposed at the tail end of the first section for securely connecting with the second locating section.
